Brother more closely related than u know..
MAK means mak in serbian language...why do you say AFION for mak ? hahahahha...TITO;S KOMUNIST NATION..HAHAHAH
You are far from simple, brother.

Hearing Nikola use Serbian buzzwords and slangs like “tange mange” and “fensi shmensi” in English sentences is just pure gold…He truly is such a national treasure to us 😭🥰
Đuričko, his mannerisms, facial expressions are such a balkan thing.. its so different to how americans or British behave on camera. Its like im watching my dad on this podcast at moments,.😄 the heavy accent, way he's sitting, hand gestures, little ticks even his facial features. I could tell this man is from ex yugoslavia even from the moon. loved every second of it.
I like his accent. Most of people from ex Yugoslavia have such strong "t" and "d" sounds.
@@tangocash342 the R's as well
@@tangocash342 YOU ARE LIER
His hand gestures and facial expressions are also due to the fact that he is trying to express himself in a foreign language ( him being VERY articulate and eloquent in Serbian ).

It's hilarious watching him translate Serbian phrases literally to English. Good stuff.

You mean Bosnian. There's no "serbian" language. It's like calling English language "American". Name "serbs" was coined in year 1818. by Vuk Stefanovic, from Roman for slaves=serves, when Bosnian army freed you from Ottoman empire. Nikola is a really cool guy, he never deviated from us "ordinary" people in Belgrade. That whole generation of actors are generally real urban characters who did some new things in Serbia that were taboo until then, for example the movie Munje, which literally showed that side of nightlife in the early 2000s. . A very good podcast. Greet's from Belgrade!
MUNJEEE!!!!
Almost 20 years ago, I took a part of filming in Serbia along with this great guy (I was one of the extras in that movie). Folks, words cannot describe how amazing and down-to-earth Nikola Djuricko is. He was so kind and friendly and always in a good mood. We were only kids but he treated us like we are his colleagues. He was playing and joking with us during the break and shared some amazing stories with us. One more time, words cannot describe how amazing guy he is and I'm so glad that he has become internationally well-known
Good luck Nikola! :)
Why wouldn't he be down to earth? Just an actor.
@@votdfak You are missing the point. Of course he should be, but most of celebrities are not

Dzoni legendo, nista se nisi promenio iako si u US, i dalje si vedrog duha i raspolozen za pricu 😃 Samo napred!
I love how he's not pretending to be smth else. He's exactly the same when giving interviews in Serbian:)
Bestest pod! Greetings from Croatia.
For me Nikola is one of the greatest actors from Serbia. He is a great human being, and an actor. He's a part of the last Serbian generation of GREAT actors (imho) from early 90's and onwards. His movie opus is incredible both quality and quantity wise. Literally every movie that he was in, was good movie, starting with; Poslednji krug u Monci, Vukovar, jedna priča, Do Koske, Munje, Vratiće se rode, Montevideo, Živ čovjek, ... and many, many more.
Bret Chrysler is a lucky s.o.b. for having Nikola for a friend.
Peace ✌
You're not going to mention Lajanje na zvezde?!?!?! One of the greatest pieces of Yugoslavian cinema
@@ognjendedovic8088 I Otvorena vrata! LOL
Glogovac was the actor in Vukovar Jedna Prica, not Djuricko :)

@@autopilot3176 My brother in Christ you've been hitting that shisha too much.
@@milseq I don't smoke shisha. Does shisha make you speak truth? If so, I don't need it, everything I said is 100% truth, known by your every neighboring country except you. But you have no shame, as a nation, because you have no choice, you need identity, so you lie and steal and don't give credit. Like when Nikola here started talking about syllable reversal when speaking words aka. šatrovački, it originated in Sarajevo, capital of Bosnia, and every person in Sarajevo speaks that way 24/7, on the street. You don't do that. Did you know that Sarajevo had schools with classrooms 12000 BC? Bosnia was called illyria back then. There's no "serbian" language. You don't simply create language in 200 years.

Bert is literally every Serbians uncle. Great interview!
Bert: “Do you remember communist times”?
Nikola:”Yes, I was a Pioneer”!
😂😂😂😂
Bert understood it as a joke. As if Nikola was the one who pioneered communism in Serbia. But then, Nikola explained what he meant.
I’m still laughing to this one
It's crazy Berty Bert is a really good interviewer when it's not another comedian he's trying to one up with his stories. When he's really interested in someone he doesn't know or who does something that impresses him he's actually a great listener and asks really good questions. Loved this cast
Brent's not bad he just gets complacent
Love from Bosnia. Huge fan of both of these guys.

Yes finally some Serbs in the limelight, such as Kusturica… Ex Yugoslavians deserve some appreciation and Americans being mostly clueless, definitely need to hear about their history.
This was a great podcast!! How could you not like this guy?!?! He’s freaking great in person as well as his characters!!
Watch some of his movies from Serbia 🇷🇸. Legendary movies he was on with Serbian humor which when translated is not that funny but still people get it
His people say ALLPEACE (Свемир) for Universe.
So if you like genocide, you can't like Serbs.
Western leaders like genocide.
And China's leader especially, he has the face.
So fucking good Bert. Everyone needs to get him on their podcast. I could listen to him for hours.
I just want to say how incredibly proud I am of Nikola being on the show. He is one of the trademark personalities of our country and he truly deserves all of his success. Hopefully he gets to do more podcasts with comedians and ends up on Rogan's show because he has a ton of stories to tell :)
Positive nihilism, Serbian humor right there.
Nikola is such a likable person even if he didn’t have an accent his energy and charisma is awesome
So proud that Nikola made it. We really love this guy in Serbia. Big hello from Belgrade his and mine home town. Samo napred legendo!!!
Nikola acted in some of the most legendary films all the way from the time of Yugoslavia up to the new ones. I highly suggest anyone that is not from Balkans , to watch the movies he was in. Those movies are totally different from Hollywood. Thank me later 😄
