Today's video is a guitar lesson with tab for the solos on November rain by Guns N' Roses. I don't really like Slash's solos but since there was lot of interest for Hotel California solo, I thought some of you would want to learn this one too. I hope you'll find it helpful :)

@@maxenceguellati4008 A set of notes in a particular key, A minor in this case. If you memorise different scales (major, minor, pentatonic, etc.) and the different patterns of each scale (wich can be used in all of the existing keys by moving the pattern up or down the fretboard) it can be helpful for learning songs because you're limited to a set of notes insted of the hole fretboard, making it easier to learn and harder to forget

axl can sing how slash play or slash mimic how axl sing. solos that not melody(you cant sing and there no lyrics) are like wtf and this not it LOL
This is exactly the tutorial format I've been waiting for!!
"Sixth string ninth fret" type of tutorials are not only unhelpful, they're like trying to speak a language where your teacher lists out letters instead of words.

i personally find it physically impossible to play this solo without stopping to contemplate life or cry, what the hell, Slash.
I just find it physically impossible to play....especially variation 2.

I LOVE how you teach these slowed down and with clean guitar for the backing track. A great way to learn these solos, especially because they're so melodic.
Yes exactly, no boring explaining what notes, strings or frets, a mid level guy would eventually figure out. Slow and easily recognisable. This is the type of lesson what many people like me has been waiting for so long.

The tab is liek it's supposed to be in Eb standard but on the left we can see that the tuning is E standard. Just a little reminder to everyone that you need to tune down half step
Yeah.. I was trying to play it on the song and was totally out of tune. It amazes me how on a tutorial you can forget to say it. Basically every tutorials on youtube forget to say it. If you are a complete beginner it can be tricky.

I like many channels but this is becoming my favorite channel because you play at the perfect speed so that it's clearly understood so that we can then adjust it to tempo later... and whatever program you're using is just amazing ...hopefully you might divulge how you are doing that or with what program you're using.

i learned the solo in less than an hour, but now its gonna take me at least 2 days to recover my fingers from that. and then i hope to be able to play it properly 😅

Hey I'm a noob player - know nothing about reading music or what all that shit stands for (the letters between the strings) but after watching the outro for about 30 minutes I now know what everything means due to watching the sheet and then watching you play. Best tutorial video I've ever seen tbh. And I highly doubt I'll be able to do this in a year. I don't even know chords and stuff yet lmfao just watching jumping in the deep end.
