Man love the tech talk today….the Ryker is now ready to hit the road and bring smiles to the owner.👌 Man good to see all those Spyder’s surrounding your work area…at least you guys have a few Spyder’s, there are none left in my neck of the woods…someone will soon be happily riding down the road.👍
Shawn great shop video, last week while out riding I was stopped at a 4 way intersection and a Ryker came up man did they have a loud exhaust don't know nothing about them but what ever muffler they had on it you could for sure hear them coming. Lol,Again thanks for the shop talk .
Agree absolutely with you on that tool thing. If you borrow them to someone, you'll get them back either broken, messed up in someway or you'll never see them again. And same with many things ,once borrowed my brand new Suzuki small boat engine to my cousin, it looked like it was rolled down dirt road and tank was full of some dirt. If someone wants use it again, i can sell it.

How do I get the BRP steering alignment screw and steering column spacer?! I've looked and looked and can't find it. Please share how I can get one, I've done 1 alignment without it but would love to have it for next time and handlebar adjustment...

I'm just wondering with the handlebar adjustment why you had to undo the secondary bolt to move the entire column? I have an alignment issue on mine and there's some adjustment when you undo that first bolt that's underneath the plastic cap but even when I Max it all the way to the right and I have the alignment tool down in the suspension the steering column still isn't completely straight to the front of the machine. I'm wondering if I need to do what you did in this case?
i didnt understand how to straighten the handle bars. ive watched this a few times. Popping, and boiging what? is it just simple bolt removal ? Help!
