I am having male pattern baldness due to DHT. So if I go for hair transplantation, how long the new hair follicles will survive with the DHT? Please give clarity on this point.

they survive for ever, the reason hair transplants exist, they take hair from the safe zone on the back of the head, for some reason this hair is resistant to DHT and permanent, the only way you would ever lose that hair is from alopecia the medical condition not male pattern baldness. the transplanted hair from the safe zone retains the same properties, but there is only a finite number of donor hair so if you filled in 1 region that doesnt stop other areas receding or thinning
