For those Liaison Fans out there we expressed our deepest condolences because it must be extremely hard to watch Elizabeth finally succumbing to her true nature. This is what we think everyone has failed to understand about Elizabeth, she is not a good person that occasionally get confused and does bad things. She is indeed a bad person that does bad things. She can't helped herself. Her survival depends on being a liar, a manipulative, conniving, deceitful and self-centered person. She hides behind her kids and the fact that she is a nurse to portray an image of the paragon of morality and goodness of Port Charles when the truth is that she is really far form it. Most people believe her act but the truth is that it is just an act. When things get tough and the morality of her character had been tested she had failed miserably every single time. She has no moral compass and no personal ethics. Every single time that she needed to choose between telling the truth or to lie she has chosen to lie. Let's check the facts. She liked to be the center of the drama that she creates. She first did it with Zander and Jason. Afterwards, when Lucky came back she played with Jason's and Lucky's feelings. Later on, she moved on to the lies, first she lied to Ric about Cameron's paternity. Then she lied to Lucky and Jason about Jake's paternity. Later on, she created a whole web of lies to cover up her affair with Jason once he found out he was Jake's father up to the point that she got married with Lucky again under false pretenses. Furthermore, she kept on lying even under oath during the Alcazar's Murder trial. After she divorced Lucky again and they got back together again and engaged she started cheating on Lucky with Nikolas and kept on lying. So, as everyone can see that is not just something that just happens in Elizabeth's case it's a maladaptive pattern of behavior that she even acknowledged while she was hospitalized in Shadybrooke when she suffered her mental breakdown after Lucky found out about her affair with Nikolas. As the evidence showed, Elizabeth's own behavior has proven that she can't helped herself when it comes to following her natural instincts which are always to lie, manipulate, deceive and if necessary to play the victim. But what is really interesting is that she never takes responsibility for the hurt and the damaged she has caused. She doesn't apologized to all the injured parties and if she doesn't the apology doesn't last because she really didn't mean to. For Elizabeth all of those tactics are a matter of survival. They are her safety net. All the people in her life have been subjected to them in one way or another and that is no coincidence. These are undeniable facts that are easily verifiable by going by through the episodes like we have. For instance, in the case at hand, Elizabeth acted true to form, she switched the DNA test just because she wanted Jason to sign the divorce papers and also she wanted Sam to pay for what she did to Jake in 2007. We asked what happened to the amends that Sam made when she saved Jake's life from the Russians back in 2008 and Elizabeth told her that she would always be indebted to her. Also, what happened to the fact that Sam had apologized many times to all injured parties, Jason, Elizabeth and Lucky for what she did. Even though it was Elizabeth's and Jason's web of lies that created the whole situation that led to Sam's mental breakdown and inability to react appropriately. Sam had already paid enough for her mistakes. And let's remember that neither Jason nor Elizabeth paid the consequences of their lies, betrayal and deception. But no, Elizabeth in her manipulative way since the beginning of 2012 had been steadily moving on Jason. And she has been doing all of that because she was reacting to Lucky's disappearance act. She had yet to accept that Lucky left because he wanted to get away from the dysfunctionality of their relationship. Which by the way is the same type of dysfunctionality that she had shared with all the men in her life, especially the father's of her children, because it is based on maladaptive behavioral patterns that had always led to the same places. In Elizabeth case, they had led to web of lies, secrets, manipulations, cheating, chaos, damage, codependency and using the kids as means to whatever she wants. Here we have the perfect example of what we have explained. Once again, Elizabeth to get her way she lied, manipulated and used the memory of Jake as an excuse for her behavior. Then she tried to justify herself and give explanations that made no sense. We were just glad that Jason finally got to see her true nature. AMEN! Blessed be!

She is jealous of their love, connection and ease.

Every character has their turn to do something that we as fans know they'd never do (Sam watching Jake getting kidnapped)to get every fanbase fired up. It's just how it goes. Thankfully, they've redeemed Sam and they've been rebuilding Elizabeth back up too. I think both Kelly and Becky ar amazing, and I look forward to what the writers have in store for them!

The first time I saw the ugly side of Elizabeth’s character was on her. Very first appearance. She was very unappealing in her actions, acting bitchy to her sister and grandmother, using her grandmother’s credit card without permission, smoking, and playing her music so loudly the neighbors called her grandmother to complain. But she came across as very vulnerable when discussing her actions with her grandmother. When she was still in high school, she framed her own sister for stealing the answers to a test. Then she put condoms in her sister’s backpack and made sure her. Grandmother saw them. I know this was just pranks by a high school student, but they were pretty vicious and harmful, and if they had been just isolated events, you could ignore them, but unfortunately that is not the case.She was selfish and petty then and her character continued that throughout her history on the show. Many times she lied or twisted the truth to suit her own needs with no regard for hose she lied to or about. Elizabeth also has her good side. In high school, she was snarky and sometimes just mean, but she stood up for Emily when she was being bullied. She is an excellent nurse and can be kind and compassionate. She is a good mother and can be brave and fierce when comes to protecting her kids. She has literally killed to protect hem. Elizabeth is a more complex character than some fans recognize. She has the sweet angel side but there is also the dark side. Times when she will do just about anything to get what she wants, and to hell with anyone else. So to say they have tried to destroy her character is erroneous. Everything they have ever had her do is right in line with her character’s history.
It was not once with Sam, she did it twice with Jake/Cameron, she did it with Lucky and she did things with Sonny/Jax and stuff before she came to PC. I don't like what thy did to Elizabeth in this s/l

Annfam5 Elizabeth used Sam watching Jake get kidnapped, Tea Delgado, and a whole bunch of excuses as if she were testing pasta to see if it’s done; she threw a whole bunch of excuses at Jason to see if at least one would stick.
Obviously, your entitled to your opinion, but for other fans Liason are not an enduring love story. Meeting someone 1st & having their child doesn't mean you should be together. No offense, but Elizabeth has been playing fiddle to Sam ever since she came along. I'm truly sorry that Jake had to die, but that isn't Sam's fault. Plus, Liz did keep another woman from her child, just because you don't like does't mean it didn't happen. Soap characters do plenty of things that seem out of character.

I know Jason is leaving the show but do they really have to destroy Elizabeth in the process of is leaving. I love Elizabeth but the writers just suck! They keep making her do the same things over and over again without learning from them.
Elizabeth doubled down instead of coming clean by telling Jason that Sam was in a relationship with McBain and the act of switching out the DNA tests to give Jason negative results, it all speaks to her self centered, manipulative, calculating, hypocritical nature. She is the biggest liar in PC and Sam, for one, was an actual con artist. However, Sam did it out of necessity whereas Liz does it out of selfishness and to turn the tide in her favor. I will always wonder how differently this story would've gone down if Steve Burton hadn't been exiting the show at the time.
Yeah. For all of what, a matter of hours? At least Liz fessed up to her transgressions quickly. Sam waited for months and months and never told until she was totally found out.
After this confession and Jason disappeared for five years, Liz got involved with John Doe who everybody thought was Jason, but turned out to be Drew Cain/Jason's twin brother. Then she was briefly back with Rick. Liz finally found happiness with Franco,(yes we all know what Franco did), but once the tumer was removed he was a much better person Elizabeth did not bother jason again even now after Jason came back after missing two years, she is not bothering Jason, she has her own problems.
Yeah Elizabeth - He is still in love with Sam and giving her the divorce because he feels guilty as all get up. Elizabeth knows it too. She’s just wretched and horrible in her actions towards Jason and Sam. Why can’t he see through all of her BS and lies? I love both Elizabeth and Sam and after watching the Liason and then Elizabeth and Franco s/l's, I love Elizabeth with Franco... She's a more mature, steady woman with Franco. Her & Jason will always have a piece of my heart but the writers messed that up... and imo cannot fix it... Time to move forward with Elizabeth & Franco as unorthodox as it seems. The writers have soap opera gold with Elizabeth and Franco, finally a mature relationship for her.

I know, right. But Jake getting kidnapped happened before she returned Jake from the Russians and yetluz brings it up. I think she brought it up because she wanted to get Jason all riled up again.n but he didn't. So she tried other tactics that did not work
Annfam5 Elizabeth used Sam watching Jake get kidnapped, Tea Delgado, and a whole bunch of excuses as if she were testing pasta to see if it’s done; she threw a whole bunch of excuses at Jason to see if at least one would stick.

Obviously, your entitled to your opinion, but for other fans Liason are not an enduring love story. Meeting someone 1st & having their child doesn't mean you should be together. No offense, but Elizabeth has been playing fiddle to Sam ever since she came along. I'm truly sorry that Jake had to die, but that isn't Sam's fault. Plus, Liz did keep another woman from her child, just because you don't like does't mean it didn't happen. Soap characters do plenty of things that seem out of character.
I'm glad liaison is over with liz is so jealous of Sam she wants what Sam has and Jason will never love Liz like he loves Sam jasam are soulmates thank you writers its about time Jason see Liz for who she really is always acting like she never do no wrong I'm glad Jason knows the truth and I hope Jake isn't his son

I watch this episode again after all these years and see that Elizabeth has not changed one bit, sorry pathetic lair, just accept Jason will never love you like Sam. Hope writers can see that. jasam forever.

Elizabeth doubled down instead of coming clean by telling Jason that Sam was in a relationship with McBain and the act of switching out the DNA tests to give Jason negative results, it all speaks to her self centered, manipulative, calculating, hypocritical nature. She is the biggest liar in PC and Sam, for one, was an actual con artist. However, Sam did it out of necessity whereas Liz does it out of selfishness and to turn the tide in her favor. I will always wonder how differently this story would've gone down if Steve Burton hadn't been exiting the show at the time.
Yeah. For all of what, a matter of hours? At least Liz fessed up to her transgressions quickly. Sam waited for months and months and never told until she was totally found out.
After this confession and Jason disappeared for five years, Liz got involved with John Doe who everybody thought was Jason, but turned out to be Drew Cain/Jason's twin brother. Then she was briefly back with Rick. Liz finally found happiness with Franco,(yes we all know what Franco did), but once the tumer was removed he was a much better person Elizabeth did not bother jason again even now after Jason came back after missing two years, she is not bothering Jason, she has her own problems.
Yeah Elizabeth - He is still in love with Sam and giving her the divorce because he feels guilty as all get up. Elizabeth knows it too. She’s just wretched and horrible in her actions towards Jason and Sam. Why can’t he see through all of her BS and lies? Honey, this isn’t caring about Jason this is just revenge for the fact that he has still has feelings for Sam after all of this BS.
If SB hadn’t left the show, we would have had to endure up to a year of this like the Michael swap storyline.

I am so sad and disappointed with GH writers to have Liz do so Many things that go against her entire story line / character. I will have to quit GH because it is one thing to keep Liason apart but to destroy her character ticks me off.
There is a small silver lining here. At least she is coming clean now as opposed to Jason having to find out the truth on his own because then it would be so much worse. I am heartbroken too. I blame the writers for ruining our beloved Liason.
What isn't fair is that Jason considers this woman to be a true friend when she is nothing but a spiteful manipulator.
Carly has done worse to him and she is supposedly his "best" friend...

this is what the writer were try to do now they can be happy because they finally did it. this time these writer (SUCK WITH A BIG SUCKING SOUND). I really hate that they did this to them. they friendship was one of the beautiful relationship on this show it was built on love and respect for each other and that what make this so heartbreaking i hope jason can understand why she did what she. but maybe since she is telling him maybe he will.

Well I'm glad she told the truth now than later but this still sucks. It amazes me how GH has little to no regard for this pairing. Never has Liz lied to hurt Jason or to keep him from someone else. Liason friendship has been soild for years. This is why I hate storyline. I'll never understand why it had be trashed just when Steve is leaving.

I love both Elizabeth and Sam and after watching the Liason and then Elizabeth and Franco s/l's, I love Elizabeth with Franco... She's a more mature, steady woman with Franco. Her & Jason will always have a piece of my heart but the writers messed that up... and imo cannot fix it... Time to move forward with Elizabeth & Franco as unorthodox as it seems. The writers have soap opera gold with Elizabeth and Franco, finally a mature relationship for her.
Elizabeth does NOT deserve Franco no matter WHAT she has done in her past. It is reprehensible that the writers have saddled her with him. ICK.
MARY MILLER liz deservs better than FRANCO any real LIZ fan would know how horrible it has been to swallow franco in the same house with liz the monster who terrorized SAM to see anyone support that pairing is outrageous.
I love RH as an actress but I'm not too keen on Liz, but even she doesn't deserve someone like Franco.
