Hi, i guess that you know that Huaweis P40 family recently got an update to EMUI 12, so with that being said are we supposed to follow this tutorial or the one for EMUI 12? Or does the P40 family need an updated specific guide? Yesterday i followed the steps on your EMUI 12 guide but the notification eventually returned.

I had to write down the steps to be able to follow the guide more easily. I drop it here in case it helps someone.
1- Download the necessary files, decompress them and put them somewhere you remember.(I kept them compressed)
2 - Go to Settings - Apps, Press options, select show system processes.
3 - In Apps menu - Uninstall Google Play Services
4 - Install GSM Notification Fix
5 - Go to Apps - Google Account Manager STOP and Clear Data, Force STOP again and Clear Data again
6 - Apps - Google Play Store Stop and Clear Data
7 - Apps - Google Services Framework STOP and clear data
8 - Restart Phone
9 - Install GSM Notification Fix Again
10 - Apps - Account Manager Force STOP and Clear Data, Force STOP again and clear data again
11 - Apps - Google Play Store (stop if active) and Clear Data
12 - Apps - Services Framework STOP and clear data
13 - Restart Phone again
14 - Apps Play Services clear data
15 - Install GSM Play Protect Certificate
16 - Now open Play store and it should work, go to you profile and scan for harmful apps.
Don't bother doing these, it will fuck up even more, my phone won't stop with the notifications now, follow the video.

Are you 100% sure its working on emui12 ? did you try to install it while you had emui 12 or did you update after you fixed it? I am asking because iam trying to fix it but time to time the same error comes about the protect certified. did every step from video

I unstalled google play services after that i try to install gsm notification but show me installation failed because you have a newer version of this app what's the solution here ? i have EMUI 11 😭💔

It doesn't seem to work anymore, as the error message came back after 24h :/
I found a temporary solution. You need to restrict mobile data/wifi access to the Play Store (to prevent the app from auto-updating). If you want to install or update from Play Store, you need to grant data access and immediately install your app before the Play Store app will update automatically (if so, bad luck! You will need to repeat the process described in the video...).

My phone huawei P40 pro emui 12, i have tried this method, i can use play store, but i get a new annoying problem. I cannot use gmaps or share my location, the location service is unavailable 🥲

No one google play epoc
Now working anymore on P40 Pro Emui 12, the filles are different, there's other videos that explain better, this one just keep deleting data and restarting the phone.
As for 04 March 2022, this won't work.
