This was delicious and easy. I love recipes that use applesauce because that’s how I use up my apples about to go bad. The only change I made was swapped out 1/4 of the vanilla with butter extract. My hubby was a big fan! I left a 5 star review on the blog as well.

I've made the lemon blueberry recipe off the website and its so tasty/easy.
I made it a second time and a person who hasn't been able to taste much since 2020 totally could because to the lemon juice in the glaze. The tips for the frozen blueberries were helpful here too.

This is cake to me. 😊 I'm Norwegian, and this would fall into the category of "formkake" ("pan cake"). I'm so fascinated by how sweet the breakfasts of Americans are! We're more of the brown bread and spread type of people in this country. But for sure want to try bake this cake!

Made this this week and it was amazing 👏. Didn't have apple sauce so drained some mixed fruit and used that. Thoughts of using bananas 🍌 instead of apple sauce?

As far as bananas- yup, it will work, but it will def have a banana taste

Can you recommend a gluten free flour for your recipes? Would cassava work okay? :)
Can I use almond or coconut flour?
What are the measurements?
Can you substitute the flower or something else like almond flour or old flour if you’re trying to watch your carbs in the bread
We haven't tried, and it's not a 1:1 ratio, so we don't have those measurements. We can tell you that you can use a Gluten Free 1:1 blend

Can I do this with almond flour?
Not with out additional ingredients. You can use a gluten free 1:1 flour blend though
I have used almond flour and monk fruit sugar the result is awful 😢 I don’t know if this is the problem
you can't just sub a single gluten free flour with additional ingredients like xanthan gum or something.
What's the difference between calling it bread using the same ingredients n calling it cake...
the shape LOL....but sometimes quick breads have less sugar, depends on the recipe
