Also just as a disclaimer for the music. The reason why it is there is because there are some clips without any audio. Also I will not be able to find music that everyone likes so if you don't like it mute it.
Once I was practicing, and there was this couple bowling next to me. This big burly dude hit only the 10 pin 2 frames in a row and picked up the 7 pin along with it. Twice in a row picked up the 7 10 and dude didn't even know how astronomically impossible that was.
I've only converted 2 difficult splits in my life. One was the 3-7-10 split and I did that at a tournament in Joplin, Mo when I was like 16 or 17 years old. The second one was the 4-7-10 split and I did that during a summer sport shot scratch league when I was like 18 or 19 years old. Still to this day I don't know how I converted both splits and I've never been able to convert them again since then. The weird part about it is that I was using a 12lb ball for both conversions.
True story. I made the 4-6 split in the 10th frame to win a pot game. Not a lot of $$$ but they were sort of pissed. They thought they had an opening. 😃
I once saw Mark Roth pick up a 7-10 split on live TV-he hit one of the pins so hard, I’m surprised it didn’t splinter. He was known for heaving the ball down the lane with an amazing amount of power, and paid the price for it. His thumb looked like a piece of raw hamburger.
I've made a good deal of these splits in my many years of bowling. Some are easier than others, of course. fwiw, Rhino Page's leave at 1:30ish isn't a split. It's a washout but those are just as annoying to make as a normal split.
the 3-6-7-10 is one of the easier splits you just hit the 3-6-10 like you normally would just ad a tad of speed or move left 2 boards from where you would normally stand

In these days of huge hooks, the 4-5 and 5-6 would be a rarity for a pro to leave; the 7-8 and 9-10 more likely to leave. Now....an 8-9???? In candlepin and duckpin, yes; but in tenpin like you see here, good luck on that! :)

dave badger tell me what’s wrong with it. Oh boo hoo two handers have more speed and revs. But it is also more of a strain on your body and harder to be consistently accurate. If people wanna complain about the revs and speed well then maybe they should get their rev rate up.

Yes because you shouldn't leave them in the first place
I think it’s more skillful to get a string of strikes in a row
@Joseph Spagnola with the exception of a few such as the 7-10
@@tismanasou sometimes it's not the bowlers fault. I've left 8-10, 7-10 and 4-6 on pocket shots multiple of times
