When Shauna commented on Rafik not being a 'cultural fit,' Jimmy should have taken the hint that she was the 'wrong fit.'
When Jimmy finds out Shanuna is responsible for Rafik leaving he should fire her
If he even has a company left, because it seems like this deal was extremely important to the company.
But beyond that, Jimmy should have been fair and observant of the events surrounding Rafik and Shauna. That he could ignore such blatant details shows that he might have not been the best CEO out there.
Rafik has made the right decision. Now, he has a job that exceeds his expectations.
Glad Rafik got hired by a company that will respect his skills.

Shauna should've been fired for what she has done. Rafik saved his boss's life. Plus, had he looked at this gentleman's report it would've made all the difference for his company. What Shauna did was so disrespectful and her racists views of other people should not be tolerated in no company. Period! This needs a part 2.

Never give your kidney to an employee. They are not your family. Even with family think about it long and hard. Or any other body part.
You can donate enormously when u talk about family I donate my kidney to my husband back in 2011 and im living my life just fine with on kidney iv had no issues either did my husband.
Its never good to make hasty decisions,we never know what we have until we lose it,its always good to give people the benefit of the doubt,i Love how rafik did not allow the spirit of entitlement to take him over because he gave the man his kidney but he valued himself enough and walked away with respect

@@melodytitus6570 It's fortunately a rare thing, but there are instances of this that does happen in any organization. I watched a person that got into my unit when I was in the Army after I had been there a couple of years, he was a E-1 Private. I'm not sure how it happened, but six months later, he was a E-4 Specialists, and then another 6 months later, he was a E-5 Sergeant, and he let his rank go to his head, and went on a power trip.
There are unfortunately people out there that will let power, wealth, or whatever go to their head, and cause them to act like morons.

I don’t like the term colored people, because I am white and I have relatives with olive complexions who are white. White is a colorful race. I am 49% Eastern European and if you don’t believe all of this, you are crossing my boundaries.
I heard of a boss needed a kidney match was found from someone who worked for her and when the person needed more time off to heal she fired the person talk about not being thankful. She should be sued for it.
It does not matter if someone donates a kidney to a male or female employer even for a reason saving his or her life deserves a big promotion and a money bonus. Even if someone needs A+ blood type I must help him or her.

Good man and he put his boss' & friend health first before his own. In the end, he was pretty much taken for granted after what he did and walked away from his job but was given a new one
This story must have a Part 2 showing Rafik as the Regional Director, then he unknowingly bumps into Jimmy & Shauna, looking defeated eversince Rafik left his old job!! Moral lesson at the end!

Great video I disagree with what you said in the description "no good deed goes unpunished" but unfortunately that woman manipulated her boss into giving her the job this man saved his life and he still put his company before him which permanently destroyed their trust I'd rather work for a company with integrity that always puts the employees over the business unfortunately in this case the good deed was punished and that's why he left because that was so unjust
