Aww man that's a shame about the back window! I think the problem is the way the back window curves inwards on the real car, but it 'kinda fits' the wrong way on the kit? We all had problems with those stripes! But they look so good that we fight it anyway. Yes, you should build another one, the curves in the car really show up with metallic paint. You can see it my video, but you might cry when you see what happened when i was filming it! You got a sub for that great work!
That blue with white is excellent. I just purchased two of those, because I know I'd be dissatisfied if I don't do it in at least two colors. There were so many good choices. I saw those cars actually being built in the Oldsmobile factory back in their day. (also the Toronado) btw, no "e" on the end of Revell. 😉

Great job John, the light blue with white stripes look great. Glad the kit fit well. Large long decals are always challenging.
