My father has his day and tithi same planet and he has been married for 35 years!! To top that he is married to someone who’s tithi is not related his 9th house/lord, and nor his tithi related to her 9th house/lord
Same case with my mum, she has same planet as day and tithi lord, was married for 45 years and the rule about the 9L doesnt apply neither in her chart or my father's
He said if 9th house connection builds then this is called a marriage.. if not then it is jst a relationship not marriage

Very interesting, although I tried the technique of lord of the tithi of spouse is connected to 9th house and it doesn't work in practice, I checked several charts of long term married people I know and there is no connexion.

I checked this 9th lord technique but it was not working on my aunt's kundli. She is married for 40 years now but her 9th lord and planets everything I have matched doesn't match with her husband but still married for 40 years. There are exceptions everywhere
Check your aunt's Tropical chart. It will work .Sometimes the tithi ruler planet may be in preceding house or succeding house to the placement of 9th lord but may give conjunction effect because a part of 9th lord may be in the proceeding or succeeding house based on degrees .I have seen such two cases of two married couples.

Excellent video. Thithi is angle between Sun & Moon. Moon unlimited source=> Thithi lord=> Venus(demand). If thithi lord is well placed (instead of MKS) from lagna, then good marriage. Also check Thithi lord from 7th house. Also check if from Venus, 11th & 12th house has benefic instead of malefic to grant marriage. From venus, 2nd & 3rd sustains marriage.

Thithi lord is Water boy. Gives water/emotion like Venus.
The 9th house thing, he said is totally bogus. I tested it on 10 charts and it didn't work.. And by the way if we take aspects, Lords, conjunction, the occupant etc.. We may end up having as many as 8 possibilities... The last point of varesh and tithi Lord being same is sort of absurd too as I have tested 11 horoscopes with the same thing and they are happily married. I also tried to find this in charts of people with no marriage at all, but there is no such combination. The tithi Lord +Rahu or in marana karaka sthan thing is also absurd as I have tested it on interfaith or inter community marriages but found no satisfactory results...
The 9th house lord rule didnt work in the charts I tested, neither.

I will have to make a comment based on my observation based on one couple's charts that I have read. They are my friends' charts. They were introduced by their families but the decision of marriage was made by themselves. For the girl, the tithi lord is Mercury, sitting in the 7th house with Jupiter (9th lord for Aries Asc.) and Debilitated Sun! Her veresa is also Mercury, causing the serious gadanta yoga as per Shri Sanjay Rathji. For the boy, the tithi lord is Venus in 12th house Pisces with debilitated Mercury and Sun. The varesa is Mercury.
For both, Jupiter is 9th Lord, so the dharma tithi lord. The girl got husband born in Venus tithi and the boy got the girl born in Mercury tithi. This thing does not seem to work in this case. (the birth dates are accurate btw).

Lets say its libra asc. Mercury is combust in 1st house conjunct Sun and venus. Jupiter and Rahu is in 9th house and the only planets aspecting it.

Dig bala from each house..... that's moulding the concepts however you want.... if we see this way....then jupiter and mercury have dig bala in first house .... so it means wherever they are placed in chart they are in dig bala for that house.... 🤣🤣... what's the point..... mercury and jupiter are in digbala for 1 -12 houses.... for their respective placement.... 😴😴😴
Rachit Suri you must look from other particular house. It the moon is in the 4th from 7th tells that moon is in dig baña from partnership and you may have confort by getting marriage. Try it this way if it works for you

1:25:43 I dont understand here. Understood that 9th lord is combust hence we cancel Jupiter from the race but we still have sun and most importantly Moon in 9th house itself. So why look for saturn? As long as there are other planets sitted in 9th house or with 9th lord we shouldnt consider aspect right? Also. He says only saturn has aspects to jupiter but there is mars in 8th house having direct aspects to Jupiter. So i feel like either i missed something or this looked more forced

At 1:55:00, the years of life through the houses are explained. But I’m still confused as to why we have to jump the houses? I thought you could simply keep counting years without any jumping of a house. Like each 12th house is year 12, 24, 36, etc.

What are the effects of other grahas in panchanga gandanta?
Dasha is used as stated by prashara, only in certain circumstances. Like, sanjay rath said in Priyanka Chopra's chart when ascendant is going into venus' sign in navmansha, you should use dasha. There are certain combinations given by parashara where you should use it.

What if for a couple in a relationship.. A woman's tithi lord is the same as that of man's dominant 9th house planet.
But a man's tithi lord is not same as that of woman's dominant 9th house planet.

Born in Shukla Saptami Tithi, so tithi lord is Saturn. Being Cancer Lagna, my 7th Lord is Saturn. And my Saturn is in 7th house in Sravana Nakshatra. Other planets in Capricon are Mars, Mercury and Sun! I got very strong Saturn! Damn!

Tried on 3 couple charts. In 2 pairs, 1 among them is matching. In 1 pair, for both its not matching. So i felt this may not be the case always. There must be some extra thing we need to check.

Dear Kapiel ji, Namaste, I ardently watch your channel and am a keen student of astrology. Thank you for making these video series with Dr Sanjay Rath. I had a query though regarding the panchang gandanta yog that Shri Rath ji mentioned in this video. If both bride and groom have this yog in their charts but with different planets as tithi lords and vaareshas, does the yog get cancelled and would it mean they'd not be heading towards a broken marriage?

I have a question though. Should we look at Vedic day or solar day when looking at the Varesha? For some charts, the days are different. Vedic day can be Thursday while solar day is Wednesday. What to do in this case?
Vedic Day it starts from Sunrise and ends at next day sunrise.

Thank you for this sharing this knowledge. I tried this rule (thithi lords link with the 9th House) in my chart for my 1st and 2nd marriages but the rule did not seem to work. I am not sure why. My Dvadasi thithi lord Mercury is not in anyway connected with my first husband's 10th house (it was his second marriage) which falls in Aquarius with Ketu sitting there. His 10th house ruler Saturn is retrograde in Capricorn with his Trayadasi thithi lord Jupiter sitting there (also retrograde). His Ketu who is sitting in 10th however aspects his Mercury in Gemini in his chart. His thithi lord Jupiter also has no connection with my 9th house in Aquarius with Sun sitting there. The only rather far-fetched connection I can see is that my 7th house is ruled by Jupiter and Jupiter is conjunct Ketu in my chart. Does that show any connection? Similarly I am not able to see a connection with my second husband's 9th house (it was his first marriage). His 9th house falls in Sagittarius and its house ruler Jupiter sits in Leo. Again no connection with my thithi lord Mercury. His chaturdasi thithi lord Venus seems to be the only connection. Venus is exalted in my 10th house (10th house for 2nd marriage). So there is a link. So why does the rule work only sometimes?

Does the crescent moon on Shiv jis head depicts some tithi.. somewhere it's towards the left and sometimes shown on the right side...any connection sir...

Virgo here born in Krishna Panchami- in Jupiter ruled Tithi and seventh house also ruled by Jupiter. Jupiter is in the ninth house and has exchange with 7 house Venus. However Ketu in 12 house always disturb marriage.
