The thing at the end was an accessory of Navia's that fell off. Anyway, I wish I had enough wishes/money to get her and still get Arlecchino, but I do not and Arlecchino has remained priority number 1 since the Overture Teaser for Fontaine. It's sad, I really do love Chiori's design and I fear she's gonna get Eula'd due to her banner timing. I guess it's a good thing they have that new banner, she'll end up on that before getting a dedicated rerun I'm sure.
