I'm a social butterfly but at the same time I need one or two days at home to chill, think about my own ideas and really sit with myself and enjoy that quietness and silence, so I'm really glad that you showed us this part of your life too. And also what a coincidence that we do things alike, when I'm excited for something I do it right away otherwise I end up not doing it and the day I feel more creative/good is usually on Thursdays. Your video reminded me that my period is also upcoming. I need to do more sports beforehand as it usually helps to lessen my period pain/cramps. I sadly still have to take a pill against the pain on the first day and second day sometimes....I do have something prescribed from my gynecologist as well that helps make the period less severe and is plant-based. Your week in your life-video was really enjoyable to watch. I love your videos that usually include you going to a coffee shop as well. They look so much fun and peaceful in Korea. I wish they'd have those where I live as well. I'd go there more often I think. Sadly I have caught a cold recently, so it seems. Maybe I was dressed too lightly. I watched a documentary where the snails were kind of tortured to get the slime. They absorb it when they are really scared and that’s how you get it from them… after that they cooked them and also sold that. I am the same age as you, also living in Korea with my Korean husband (close to Seoul), but for the past year I've had the worst depressive episode in my life so far. I had never in my life felt so lonely before (even though I used to live in two other countries in Europe). Just wanted to say that your videos are really motivating and helping me climb out of that hole. They give me hope that I can, too, be a part of a community and settle down in Korea. :)

I was at the dermatologist few days ago and she wanted me to do a check up or the whole skin. Cancer Screening. It’s better to know earlier. I also saw a picture there which remind the patients to control all their birthmarks and liver spots at the doctor. I love how birthmarks look but I wanted to suggest that cause I particularly see one on your arm and I am not sure what kind it is 🙈

I watched a documentary where the snails were kind of tortured to get the slime. They absorb it when they are really scared and that’s how you get it from them… after that they cooked them and also sold that. Am I the only one that feels so sad for us humans using everything from animals… for food, for a good glow on the skin..?

Hey Sissel, I'm usually a quiet watcher, but I couldn't help but feel the desire to comment today. I am the same age as you, also living in Korea with my Korean husband (close to Seoul), but for the past year I've had the worst depressive episode in my life so far. I had never in my life felt so lonely before (even though I used to live in two other countries in Europe). Just wanted to say that your videos are really motivating and helping me climb out of that hole. They give me hope that I can, too, be a part of a community and settle down in Korea. :)

I was at the dermatologist few days ago and she wanted me to do a check up or the whole skin. Cancer Screening. It’s better to know earlier. I also saw a picture there which remind the patients to control all their birthmarks and liver spots at the doctor. I love how birthmarks look but I wanted to suggest that cause I particularly see one on your arm and I am not sure what kind it is 🙈
