Is ryanair really that bad?

My experience on Ryanair was not bad the cabin was dirty and the air conditioning did not work and we had a 2-hour delay in would recommend flying the country's flagship carrier instead of Ryanair but they are still a good low-cost airline

Their not that bad but atleast their faster than the time of arrival thats expected

i mean their a good airline for flight that are 1-3 hours long but more then that I would prefer to not fly them
