@@korenn9381 If you injected even a milliliter of alcohol into you blood, you would be insanely drunk. Any more than that and I'm very confident you would pass out.
@@Pinkjaket1 Not really, the alcohol would probably diffuse through your whole body. That's how alcohol makes it from your stomach to your bloodstream and brain in the first place. Whether by injection or consumption, the total amount of alcohol to get yourself drunk would be about the same. We use BAC as a proxy for the total amount of alcohol in your system, because measuring your "brain alcohol content" would be kinda difficult.
Technically you can drink on twitch, just not to the point that drinking any more would be considering self harm

Well yeah, Spiff wasn't working to win, he was just trolling. Rythian was the only one who worked with him while everyone else fought Spiff, so of course he won!

I really like Ben, but listening to him whine about Rythian "letting Spiff win" when Spiff had saved Rythian from Duncan's sneak attack was infuriating. Rythian wasn't involved in anything until Duncan and Ben involved him.
Ben sits at third for the majority of the game and just begs everyone to attack everyone else. Half the time Lewis was in first and hes saying attack Spiff he is in the lead. Really quite annoying

RedSoviet 64 This was civ 5 not civ 6. Also this wasn’t even regular civ 5 but nq balance mod (not sure about that but Lewis/Daltos has pioneers instead of settlers in the beginning). He probably just focused on science really hard thanks to the fact he had to build only a few units + choose a strong combination of pantheons and social policies.
@@MarvelOfRain yep ur right, its also the civ stream bias where you dont wanna knock someone out, so you can be really greedy with focusing on science. its also how rythian wins occasionally despite having no military the whole game

I love how Duncan openly attacks Rythian and then tries to hide thats the reason Rythian sided with Spiff AND has the gall to act annoyed about Rythian doing the only logical thing possible, when Duncan should have been attacking Spiff with Lewis at that point based on what information he had. The problem with Rythian playing Civ is that he always plays it the exact same way. All he does is single player empire builder while everyone else is trying to win. He only won this time because Spiff didn't want to.

It was explained in the actual stream, He completed the porcelain tower, which in that mod gives 3 science on every improved luxury resource tile.

Like, I always just assumed yogs were all actually bad at civ, duncan and rythian were okay, and Lewis was good at it.
Am I the dumb one tho? I don't think there's an upgrade in the game that makes your workboats do that well...?
Noah Porcelain Tower gives luxury resources 3 culture and 3 science so that also affects the crabs, if Spiff has the right pantheon then he gets +1 production and food on all fishing ships That all combined with a light house and shipwright gives massive yields on fishing ships.
... Perfectly Balanced...
Honestly I have no idea why these people can be surprised that Spiff does what he does when is entire thing is finding exploits in games....
Thing is, they always make it clear that he shouldn't exploit and he's an honorable person, he's just good at these games since he plays them a LOT in order to find the exploits
@@waffledoggo2722 Yeah nah I agree, highly doubt he exploited, I don't know the guy but it would be incredibly cringe to exploit to win in a match with your mates; esp on stream. It's just because all the yogscast members are just really bad at games and spiff is pretty good, which is a world of difference in a competitive strategy game where butterfly effect is huge.
It kinda irks me how in almost every Civ game that Rythian is a part of, even though he's just doing his own thing, someone (Duncan) always decides that he needs to be put down.
Duncan constantly whines about how strong Rythian is when playing Venice, yet Duncan is also constantly trying to burn his entire civ to the ground so he can take Rythian's cap, because "It's really big, which means I need to kill you to get it."
And then EVERYONE starts bitching when Rythian allies with whoever DIDN'T try to war him to death, and they're all like, "Rythian! Why on Earth would you ally with the only person willing to protect you!? Don't you realize we can't war you death and force you to pay us all your money if you do that!?"
And they always use the reasoning "You won't win if he wins", as if they wouldn't immediately annihilate Rythian the moment it became convenient for them, giggling and calling him salty the whole freakin time.
