This is what I found on the website: For the marinade:
    1 heaping tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp ground coriander
    1 tsp hot smoked paprika
    1 heaping tsp sumac
    1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 heaping tsp baharat spice blend
    3 Tablespoons yoghurt

Quick tip, use 2 skewers per single kebab. It makes it really easy to turn and cook evenly.

Take a tupperware for the pepper. I'm peeling like 150kg each year for ajvar and for me it's the easiest way

Might be worth Food Network paying a bit extra to not have their videos interrupted by adverts this much

Typical of the Food Network, have no Indian or Middle Eastern males too show their recipies! Jamie Oliver, Ricke Siten two Hairy Bikers, James Martin. Why dont you just have an Indian male to make Indian food?

Great he said “FOIL” and not TIN foil! I do not like when chefs use the habitual use of “Tin foil”that has not existed since WW II.
