  • Hip Isolation Exercises. Master your booty rolls, body rolls, and hip motion in general with these 8 isolation exercises! Do this everyday for a week , and you will see the difference!

      Aww hehe! Your body is not used to it, so of course it’s gonna feel like that! The more you do it, the more flexibility and muscle memory you create!
