Good Monday morning everyone! This is a story about how two people are lucky to be alive thanks to Deputy Cools & Deputy Hernandez. Deputy Cools was able to disarm a man who shot someone - and Deputy Hernandez saved that victim's life with a tourniquet. This dangerous situation could have ended very, very badly.
