Glad to see the cacao has come back and healthy as ever. I still remember your videos from 2018 and the devastation . That island has always bounced back thanks for keeping us updated.
It's such a peaceful life, beautiful nature and fresh fruits. No greedy corporations and board director. Wonderful. And it's an honor to have you visit our channel, we can discuss more about our experiences in harvesting and building farms.
Great video 📹 after the 6:30 mark the mosquitoe 🦟 noises made me swat lol 😆 I thought I had one in my room as mosquitoes have hatched here in Northern IL now..
Glad find your channel, just because you living in tropical area, i guess our tools not much different, i life in Indonesia, same tropical area too, Cheers 🌴🍍
Where you been man I'm from ky vastly different than Hawaii I love the tropical videos wish you would make a few more about imacasa my new favorite brand since the price increase of ontario which in my opinion is the best option here in ky
I absolutely love chocolate! I saw your other videos and would love to learn what equipment I need to really start making my own chocolates on a commercial level I'd like to use as little extra Ingredients as possible and make them really healthy but delicious. I just don't know where to start and if I can skip the fermentation process and just buy the nibs and everything to just put into a tempering machine? Anyways, would love any help in that direction, thanks for sharing!
Sometimes I drink the juice collected after the first day. The juice could be made into a champagne. I will make a cacao juice champagne and do a video on it. Thank you for stopping by.
You need a container with a screen and about a 3 inch gap on the bottom with a drain plug. Put fresh cacao beans in the container on the screen and drain the liquid the next day. An ice cooler with a drain plug works great. Or you could use a water container with a spigot at the bottom.

I have just subscribed loving your videos hello from new Zealand
Gabe what's going on we miss your videos
Does your friend sell whole ripe pods, and also, at what stage in the ripening process are the beans ready to be planted for new plants?
Sorry my friend does not sell pods. When the beans are ready to make chocolate they are ripe enough to sprout. Just takes more time.
At the end of your video, I heard a mosquito cry, which scared me and I thought I had mosquitoes in the northern Hemisphere winter!!
Travelled heaps in the tropics and ended up on some cacao plantations, they are mighty tasty when your hot.
Hola Gave ,que a pasado tanto tiempo sin ver un video nuevo...saludos desde Chile 🇨🇱
