That's why Michael was afraid that someone was trying to kill him prior to his death. All the smear campaign about Michael started when he bought the ATV catalog. The smear campaign was done with the intention to start all the accusations, so that he would end up in prison or that the costs of the trials would be so high, that he had to sell the ATV catalog. The content of your video makes completely sense and it's really one of the best documentation about how Michael was framed and that there was indeed a conspiracy. Michael had a lot of enemies who tried to get his ATV music catalog or his money. Also Leaving Neverland from HBO was a set up. When Michael was alive HBO wanted to make money out off Michael, they had sent him on tour. Michael did a contract, that HBO is not allowed to say anything negative about the artist. Before they would say anything about the artist they had to ask a family member of Michael. The contract was not terminated. After Michael died HBO wanted to make money out off Michael and they created LN. Safechuck and Robson contacted Victor Gutierrez several times to build up their story. Safechuck's story about the "vows", "the wedding scene", "the honey moon", the "ring scene" were copy/paste out of Victor Gutierrez book. He wrote that book, it was full of lies and dirty fantasies. Michael sued Gutierrez after the Chandler case, he won the trial, Gutierrez had to give Michael $2.3 million, Gutierrez declared bankruptcy and fled the country. But he came back for every accusations to build up the accuser's created story, full of his dirty lies. Every accuser had contact with Victor Gutierrez. HBO did right after LN an interview with Oprah. Leaving Neverland was financed by David Geffen and Oprah. Oprah knew that Robson was lying because he was caught lying in court in 2016. HBO, Geffen, Oprah and Weinstein did a whole set up to make money. They were lying to the public, they wanted to ruin Michael's legacy and reputation just for money and clicks. The Michael Jackson Estate sued HBO for breaching the contract and won. Geffen, Weinstein, probably Epstein, gave money to the media for the smear campaign before all the accusations started. They knew, that Michael would lose so much money because of the accusations, that he had to sell his ATV catalog and on the other hand, when the attention was on Michael, they were able to hide their own crimes. What was done to Michael is a crime. No one in the world can deal with so much evil. There is only so much you can handle. Michael was pressured, abused and taken advantage off his whole life. He was surrounded by the most evil people who never had any interest in Michael's well being or in his life. Greed and jealousy killed Michael.

The plot to seize Jackson’s power began in 1993 not 97. This started with a smear campaign. The court case was supposed to be the nail in the coffin… no one knew he’d sell out the tour like he did. He was on his way back to financial power again, TII could have been done in Europe, Asia, etc etc … hundreds of millions each set of concerts. Jackson was about to reclaim his own music and the end of the contract with Sony meaning he’d be leaving Sony, not resigning whist simultaneously owning the bigger half of the Sony music publishing with all his own masters on top. This would have been unheard of. Jackson had to be stopped even if it meant ending his life. The court case was also set up to distract him from buying Marvel which would have landed him as one of the richest men in the world, this had to be stopped too. Jackson upset a lot of people up at the top, he was an artist who truly found independence and just on the cusp of completing that journey on paper, just months before the end of the Sony contract, he conveniently died.

It gets a whole lot deeper. Lopez did 1 interview about Michael before he was killed himself and if you watch it you will see how strange it all is, he seemed really nervous and on edge, didn't want to say too much and you just knew he was next and that's exactly what happened. He was happily married with children and was very happy until MJ passed away and his anxieties about his own life became apparent. He had to go because he knew too much and had too much info. Hollywood is sick.

I think Michael’s life been mapped out precisely to follow certain directions and bring about a specific outcome for some beneficiaries. Since the beginning they new this boy was going some places. RANDY actually in 2006 or 07 drove his car and came into Michaels house by breaking the main entrance door, it was the day of Elizabeth's b'day and Michael with his bodyguards was just going to that, RANDY asked for money that Michael owed him and when Michael didn't said anything (since he was forced to be inside by his B.G, because Randy could do anything as he broke the door), he said that he(RANDY) will call press & will tell them about this. Imagine these were his brothers, in his lowest days instead of helping him they are asking him for money and if he is unable they are giving him cheap threats of calling press. I love The Legend of Zelda Timeline & all of its complexity. That's how much I like checking timelines. Sony partnered with CBS Records in 1968. Columbia Broadcast System Records just like CBS the TV Channel. Epic was one of CBS's labels but most people in the general public did not know that Sony was a partner of CBS Records until later. So when Sony buys out their partner CBS in 1988, the former CBS/Sony Records became Sony Music. Michael Jackson, THE Biggest Artist on their label as well as THE Biggest Artist in the Entire World, was a Crown Jewel of this venture. The co-founder of the Sony Corporation, Akio Morita of Japan, protected Michael & allowed him to create any way he saw fit. But Akio Morita had health issues (cerebral hemorrage) & had to step down as Sony Chairman in November 1994. Norio Ohga, a musician himself who was a President of CBS/Sony Records early on, succeeded Morita as Chairman of Sony Corp. Norio Ohga is also the man who with Ken Kutaragi's advisement brought Sony into the videogame business thru the failed partnership with Nintendo that led to the Sony PlayStation. Sony was strengthening their Multimedia presence hence all these branching ventures. With Morita gone, Michael lost one of his biggest supporters in the company & Norio Ohga most likely left operations command of Sony Music to his underlings. Underlings like Tommy Mottola who didn't have Michael's best interest in mind. So to me it seems obvious that the allegations of 1993 were part of weakening Michael's reputation & hence his earning power. It was designed to soften him up for sale of that ATV Music Catalog he owned. Didn't Evan Chandler tell Dave Schwartz in that recorded phone call that he was operating from a plan that's not his alone? That's the famous CONSPIRACY Michael talked about all the time. These shadowy plotters moving in the background. What year did Michael merge his ATV catalog with Sony? 1995. November 1995. Michael gained power with the merger while also losing power at the same time. He had access to what Sony owned but Sony had access to what he owned. 50/50 partnership between Artist & Corporation. By weakening Michael in 1993 with that witchhunt, Michael was more willing to make this kind of deal. Now the Morita-less Sony had leeway into Michael's assets & the plotters could make the next move. All of a sudden here comes this 1997 contract you highlight. Right at the end of Michael's 1996-1997 HIStory tour. 1997 is the year Prince Michael was born & Michael effectively "went home & became a family man" as Guile would say. Michael was almost done with his contract & would be the World's Biggest Free Agent. Who wouldn't sign Michael? This proves that Sony was more having a business dispute with a PARTNER more than a personnel dispute with an EMPLOYEE. It didn't matter if Michael would make Invincible successful or not. It mattered that Michael let go of his stake in this catalog asset. Sabotage his output & damage his earning power to make him sell. And if you don't sell we'll revive the witchhunt to MAKE you sell. Michael was NEVER going to prison over 2003/2005. That wasn't the point. Those charges were bullshit on their face. But the hit to both his reputation & his finances would make him more open to finally selling his stake in the Sony/ATV Catalog. Yet no matter what, Michael is LOVED. Sony now had full control over Michael's 1985 purchase. Only Michael's music still remained in the Estate's hands. In 2019, Sony Music & Sony/ATV would merge to become Sony Music Group all in one. That was in July/August. Coincidentally in 2019, a new Witchhunt was promoted using a couple of traitors named Wade Robson & James Safechuck. In January 2019, Leaving Neverland was promoted strongly through our heavily-controlled media ecosystem. 2019 is the 50th Anniversary of the Jackson 5 hitting the National & International scene. 2019 is the 10th Anniversary of the Jackson 5's lead signer's death. It seems to me that Sony is not content with just Michael's Stake in that disputed catalog. It seems to me that Sony WANTS IT ALL including Michael's Masters. They Mijac Music as part of his Sony Music Group. The new Witchhunt failed in this modern world of social media providing Whitney Houston's RECEIPTS. But the CONSPIRATORS will be back rest assured. Michael trained Prince Michael as THE DIRECTOR. Little Prince was behind the camera directing his little sister Paris as THE STAR. It wasn't just for the movies Michael was training him. And this deal was made in 2012 & renewed in 2017. I'm a little gutted by this discovery. Michael's Estate still owns it but Sony has a hand in it, yes unfortunately. They don't have 100% clearcut ownership but I guess they're working on it. No wonder so many people are wary of John Branca who represents Michael's Estate. Holy. Macaroni. THIS ENTIRE VIDEO SERIES! This video especially had me on my own my toes. I’m still shaking and I still have tears in my eyes. Never have I seen an evil entity like Sony. Michael was sadly surrounded by so many freakin evil and vile people. All the snakes, ready to bite into him and feed on him. Michael could’ve been saved if ATV didn’t merge with Sony. Only if he had ONE right person to guide him. I swear more people need to watch this video to understand how the poor soul did not have a single person who could guide him without having any malicious thoughts. He’s the most bullied man to this day and everyone owes him an apology. I have always highly suspected that the child abuse allegations were generated by a much powerful entity and this video completely explains it and gives clarity to my suspicion. In the end jealousy and greed killed Michael. It started when he was a little child. He had to make money for others, this was the circle of his conditioning. That signature on the contract really doesn't look anywhere close to his other ones. I also, think it's funny he didn't have to sign the other pages. Anytime I have ever had to sign a contract (never signed a music contract) I had to sign or initial every page.

Michael was a one man multinational company. Built within a single generation... I have even more respect and love for him after watching this. I'm also convinced that he should've studied law, clandestinely of course. It would be interesting to research the people around him and their own lives, careers, where they came from, who they associate with, etc. Like you said in part 1, Michael was amassing a very large amount of wealth and power which if he managed to keep would make him a major force in the industry, maybe a force that wasn't on the same side as the top dogs. Maybe some very high up people in the industry, record labels, publishers, etc. sent out people to manipulate some of the people close to Michael to make certain decisions. Michael was very charismatic and openly talked against the media and the US government, he's certainly not someone the greater establishment would want as competition.
I don't remember his name but one of Michael's cousin who was an artist too said that he was offered money to say that Michael touched his kids. So the thought that people close to Michael were manipulated to do certain things is kinda true. I know that Latoya mentioned how there were people in Michael live who were controlling who he could and couldn't see and his family was one of those people that they tried to make Michael avoid. I also don't know who they are maybe it's the music industry I have no clue. But Michael live was so complex and sad and he handle it like a champion

Just finished this mini series. Absolutely a great job on the research! You surprised even me who has searched topics about MJ quite a bit (although not extensively). This really sums it up well with provided facts and possible scenarios without confirming or denying them. This is a true masterpiece! I know you think you're done with the subject, but I would absolutely pay for a one hour documentary on this. I know it may be hard to dig a little deeper, though, so I understand that may not happen. Keep bringing the facts to light and questioning the connections. People in the comments say one day the truth will come out, but sadly, I don't think it will. I think the truth is covered by even more powerful figures and the more you explore, the more you will get on their radar and have problems for yourself. There is a lot of background research you did to accomplish this and it shows. I plan to watch this series with my family again soon. They always ask me why I am so convinced Michael was innocent. I say I just know. I know what the media can do. They will take whatever they can to destroy you, once they are done with you or you no longer fit their plans. If the contract doesn't have MJs proper signature than it could mean that they printed a modified contract that everyone else signed but not him. Or at least not properly and without him knowing. That would also mean all signators are in on it.

But there is a reason for the children's names being wrong in the contract and a reason why his eldest son Prince is a director and a reason why he cannot inherit until a certain age. I think the merger would have been a safe enough deal for Michael had he stayed at the height of his popularity for the rest of his career. But I think Sony saw the winds were changing during the HIStory era, and that's why you see less promotion of BTDF and then Invincible. Once they realized he was no longer the cash cow that would keep on giving, they intentionally tanked his career in hopes of getting him to sell off his half. He held onto it bitterly and I think they hoped This is It would fail similarly so he'd have to sell it. Or of course, that he would die... I am not going to pretend for a second that Invincible was a great album - it wasn't. It was a mediocre album. But only one single with a film clip that wasn't even his choice? Only two million records sold in the US? Even Michael in his decline would do much better than that. In the end it became a proposition of what would be more profitable to Sony - Michael Jackson or his catalogue.

That's why Michael was afraid that someone was trying to kill him prior to his death. All the smear campaign about Michael started when he bought the ATV catalog. The smear campaign was done with the intention to start all the accusations, so that he would end up in prison or that the costs of the trials would be so high, that he had to sell the ATV catalog. The content of your video makes completely sense and it's really one of the best documentation about how Michael was framed and that there was indeed a conspiracy.
Michael had a lot of enemies who tried to get his ATV music catalog or his money. Also Leaving Neverland from HBO was a set up. When Michael was alive HBO wanted to make money out off Michael, they had sent him on tour. Michael did a contract, that HBO is not allowed to say anything negative about the artist. Before they would say anything about the artist they had to ask a family member of Michael. The contract was not terminated.
After Michael died HBO wanted to make money out off Michael and they created LN. Safechuck and Robson contacted Victor Gutierrez several times to build up their story. Safechuck's story about the "vows", "the wedding scene", "the honey moon", the "ring scene" were copy/paste out of Victor Gutierrez book. He wrote that book, it was full of lies and dirty fantasies. Michael sued Gutierrez after the Chandler case, he won the trial, Gutierrez had to give Michael $2.3 million, Gutierrez declared bankruptcy and fled the country.
But he came back for every accusations to build up the accuser's created story, full of his dirty lies. Every accuser had contact with Victor Gutierrez.
HBO did right after LN an interview with Oprah. Leaving Neverland was financed by David Geffen and Oprah. Oprah knew that Robson was lying because he was caught lying in court in 2016. HBO, Geffen, Oprah and Weinstein did a whole set up to make money. They were lying to the public, they wanted to ruin Michael's legacy and reputation just for money and clicks. The Michael Jackson Estate sued HBO for breaching the contract and won.
Geffen, Weinstein, probably Epstein, gave money to the media for the smear campaign before all the accusations started. They knew, that Michael would lose so much money because of the accusations, that he had to sell his ATV catalog and on the other hand, when the attention was on Michael, they were able to hide their own crimes.
What was done to Michael is a crime. No one in the world can deal with so much evil. There is only so much you can handle. Michael was pressured, abused and taken advantage off his whole life. This is a tragedy and we see why Prince started pulling all his music off, he didn’t want these demons to have it. “I am Michael Jackson now” if that was actually said, that is truly an evil thing to say from a truly evil person to a grieving mother.

Jackson was about to reclaim his own music and the end of the contract with Sony meaning he’d be leaving Sony, not resigning whist simultaneously owning the bigger half of the Sony music publishing with all his own masters on top. This would have been unheard of. Jackson had to be stopped even if it meant ending his life. The court case was also set up to distract him from buying Marvel which would have landed him as one of the richest men in the world, this had to be stopped too. Jackson upset a lot of people up at the top, he was an artist who truly found independence and just on the cusp of completing that journey on paper, just months before the end of the Sony contract, he conveniently died.

His death was strangely put down as suicide even though the evidence didn't suggest suicide at all. I wouldn't advise listening to that audio but it's your call. So yeah... It gets a whole lot deeper. Lopez did 1 interview about Michael before he was killed himself and if you watch it you will see how strange it all is, he seemed really nervous and on edge, didn't want to say too much and you just knew he was next and that's exactly what happened.
He was happily married with children and was very happy until MJ passed away and his anxieties about his own life became apparent. He had to go because he knew too much and had too much info. Hollywood is sick.

As tragic as the passing of Michael was and the potential circumstances around it, one thing that can never be taken away by any corporation is MJ's influence and cultural significance that you see today throughout contemporary music (The Weeknd, Bruno Mars etc) and will continue to see within music and culture.

RANDY actually in 2006 or 07 drove his car and came into Michaels house by breaking the main entrance door, it was the day of Elizabeth's b'day and Michael with his bodyguards was just going to that, RANDY asked for money that Michael owed him and when Michael didn't said anything (since he was forced to be inside by his B.G, because Randy could do anything as he broke the door), he said that he(RANDY) will call press & will tell them about this. Imagine these were his brothers, in his lowest days instead of helping him they are asking him for money and if he is unable they are giving him cheap threats of calling press.

Epic was one of CBS's labels but most people in the general public did not know that Sony was a partner of CBS Records until later.
So when Sony buys out their partner CBS in 1988, the former CBS/Sony Records became Sony Music.
Michael Jackson, THE Biggest Artist on their label as well as THE Biggest Artist in the Entire World, was a Crown Jewel of this venture.
The co-founder of the Sony Corporation, Akio Morita of Japan, protected Michael & allowed him to create any way he saw fit.
But Akio Morita had health issues (cerebral hemorrage) & had to step down as Sony Chairman in November 1994.
Norio Ohga, a musician himself who was a President of CBS/Sony Records early on, succeeded Morita as Chairman of Sony Corp.
Norio Ohga is also the man who with Ken Kutaragi's advisement brought Sony into the videogame business thru the failed partnership with Nintendo that led to the Sony PlayStation. Sony was strengthening their Multimedia presence hence all these branching ventures.
With Morita gone, Michael lost one of his biggest supporters in the company & Norio Ohga most likely left operations command of Sony Music to his underlings. Underlings like Tommy Mottola who didn't have Michael's best interest in mind.
So to me it seems obvious that the allegations of 1993 were part of weakening Michael's reputation & hence his earning power.
It was designed to soften him up for sale of that ATV Music Catalog he owned.
Didn't Evan Chandler tell Dave Schwartz in that recorded phone call that he was operating from a plan that's not his alone?
That's the famous CONSPIRACY Michael talked about all the time. These shadowy plotters moving in the background.
What year did Michael merge his ATV catalog with Sony? 1995. November 1995.
Michael gained power with the merger while also losing power at the same time.
He had access to what Sony owned but Sony had access to what he owned. 50/50 partnership between Artist & Corporation.
By weakening Michael in 1993 with that witchhunt, Michael was more willing to make this kind of deal.
Now the Morita-less Sony had leeway into Michael's assets & the plotters could make the next move.
All of a sudden here comes this 1997 contract you highlight. Right at the end of Michael's 1996-1997 HIStory tour.
1997 is the year Prince Michael was born & Michael effectively "went home & became a family man" as Guile would say.
There would be no more cajoling him into World Tours now that he wanted to be a hands-on Father to his Children.
So when Michael was ready to return with his next major work Invincible in 2001, all of a sudden he's getting all kinds of static from his record company. This happens despite Michael STILL being THE Biggest Artist in the Entire World GUARANTEEING a return on any expenditure invested into the production & distribution of the album. EVEN AFTER the damage of the 1993 allegations.
Regardless if you think Invincible is up to the level of his previous albums or not, it was STILL good work & had hit potential.

Michael was almost done with his contract & would be the World's Biggest Free Agent. Who wouldn't sign Michael?
This proves that Sony was more having a business dispute with a PARTNER more than a personnel dispute with an EMPLOYEE.
It didn't matter if Michael would make Invincible successful or not. It mattered that Michael let go of his stake in this catalog asset.
Sabotage his output & damage his earning power to make him sell. And if you don't sell we'll revive the witchhunt to MAKE you sell.
Michael was NEVER going to prison over 2003/2005. That wasn't the point. Those charges were bullshit on their face.
But the hit to both his reputation & his finances would make him more open to finally selling his stake in the Sony/ATV Catalog.

Sony now had full control over Michael's 1985 purchase. Only Michael's music still remained in the Estate's hands.
In 2019, Sony Music & Sony/ATV would merge to become Sony Music Group all in one. That was in July/August.
Coincidentally in 2019, a new Witchhunt was promoted using a couple of traitors named Wade Robson & James Safechuck.

I wanted to say that Sony does not have ownership of Michael's songs but I looked it up & it seems they DO have a stake in it. And this deal was made in 2012 & renewed in 2017. I'm a little gutted by this discovery.

I was affected by his death so much. I still end up crying when I think about it. When he died, I was 9 but even as a 9 year old kid, I knew 50 is way too early for a man like him to die and there was something eerie about it all, how it happened to suddenly. I’ll admit, while it was hard for me to watch this video (I get emotional when it comes to MJ’s death), it pretty much made complete sense in every aspect. I just hope more people, especially artists, come across this video.

In the end jealousy and greed killed Michael. It started when he was a little child. He had to make money for others, this was the circle of his conditioning. That signature on the contract really doesn't look anywhere close to his other ones. I also, think it's funny he didn't have to sign the other pages. Anytime I have ever had to sign a contract (never signed a music contract) I had to sign or initial every page.

Michael was a one man multinational company. Built within a single generation... I have even more respect and love for him after watching this. I'm also convinced that he should've studied law, clandestinely of course. Like you said in part 1, Michael was amassing a very large amount of wealth and power which if he managed to keep would make him a major force in the industry, maybe a force that wasn't on the same side as the top dogs. Maybe some very high up people in the industry, record labels, publishers, etc. sent out people to manipulate some of the people close to Michael to make certain decisions.

My mind goes back with his first then-wife, Lisa Marie Presley (may her soul rest in peace too), who had said in her interview in 2010 after Mike's passing. Just finished this mini series. Absolutely a great job on the research! You surprised even me who has searched topics about MJ quite a bit (although not extensively). This really sums it up well with provided facts and possible scenarios without confirming or denying them. This is a true masterpiece! I know you think you're done with the subject, but I would absolutely pay for a one hour documentary on this. I know it may be hard to dig a little deeper, though, so I understand that may not happen. Keep bringing the facts to light and questioning the connections. People in the comments say one day the truth will come out, but sadly, I don't think it will. I think the truth is covered by even more powerful figures and the more you explore, the more you will get on their radar and have problems for yourself. That's what I think, but it's just my opinion in which I don't have anything concrete to back that statement up, just intuition. Thanks again for this series. I can tell a lot of work went into it.

I plan to watch this series with my family again soon. They always ask me why I am so convinced Michael was innocent. I say I just know. I know what the media can do. They will take whatever they can to destroy you, once they are done with you or you no longer fit their plans. They took that special relationship Michael had with children and perverted it.
I don't have it confused. His relationship with children was a bit odd but I am 99.99% sure it wasn't sexual. Of course, only God knows. However, Michael was a believer of God. He didn't just proclaim it, he lived by his faith. I don't think I have this wrong.
Unfortunately, I didn't become more convinced of my stance until after his passing. I used to say that I didn't know, but I didn't think so. I was a junior in high school when he passed. Maybe I just didn't know better, but I feel terrible ever questioning him.
After he passed, I learned more about him. The more I learned, the more I was convinced my gut feeling was right.
The world became so much dimmer when he passed and his light is missed every day by many. I think he had more time left on this Earth. Someone said (in another comment section) that God took him away from this world to easy his suffering. I just want to believe and stick with that. I still tear up and cry to this day. Michael, you are missed so much. I'm so sorry this world turned against you. I hope you can forgive us who were ignorant and that you are in a better place now.

If the contract doesn't have MJs proper signature than it could mean that they printed a modified contract that everyone else signed but not him. Or at least not properly and without him knowing. That would also mean all signators are in on it.

But there is a reason for the children's names being wrong in the contract and a reason why his eldest son Prince is a director and a reason why he cannot inherit until a certain age. MJ and Branca were not foolish enough to leave loopholes in the contract, so that people who read things are led to believe what MJ and Branca want you to believe. Once you start working for a music industry. Do your best not to attack or even openly criticise them. Once your contract expires, quietly leave them and go solo (ie if you wish)
I think the merger would have been a safe enough deal for Michael had he stayed at the height of his popularity for the rest of his career. But I think Sony saw the winds were changing during the HIStory era, and that's why you see less promotion of BTDF and then Invincible. I am not going to pretend for a second that Invincible was a great album - it wasn't. It was a mediocre album. But only one single with a film clip that wasn't even his choice? Only two million records sold in the US? Even Michael in his decline would do much better than that. In the end it became a proposition of what would be more profitable to Sony - Michael Jackson or his catalogue.
If ATV had not been sold off MJ would have lost the chance to get back his own music.
