Seenda Wireless Mouse Not Working Troubleshooting Guide

In this video I go through some troubleshooting steps you can take if your Seenda 2.4G Wireless Mouse is not working. If your Seenda wireless mouse will not connect it can be multiple things. I go through multiple troubleshooting steps and hopefully 1 of them will help resolve your issue. The trouble shoots steps I go through are to check the USB wireless nano receiver and try to plug it into a different USB port. Make sure the battery is in the correct direction. Try a new battery, an older battery may not give the mouse enough power to communicate with the USB wireless nano receiver properly. The last step I show you is to try to repair the mouse to the wireless nano receiver. I have other videos on the Seenda 2.4G wireless mouse that I will link at the end of this video in a playlist. This worked!!! Thank you! I haven’t had this mouse and keyboard for very long so when it stopped working and I was changing out the batteries I thought I was going crazy and watching this video fixed it easily! 🙂

My issue is that the mouse frequently (about every 30 seconds) doesn't respond and the only way to get it working again is to move the mouse quickly in circles for two or three seconds. It's so annoying and am growing to despise using it. It's a $53 keyboard/mouse set. The keyboard is backlit and both are rechargeable and fully charged. I will keep looking for a solution. Maybe a firmware upgrade?

Hi Todd, I bought seenda wireless mouse, and I have a logitech wireless keyboard, MK 520, the mouse is working if I use my laptop keyboard directly, but I can’t figure out how to connect it and pair it with my logitech MK 520 help!
