This visionary project is spearheaded by Community & Regional Planning Undergraduate students who are helping to redefine the future of sustainable urban development. Focused on six key subcomponents, including infill development, zero net energy buildings, and the promotion of renewable energy, the Sustainable Urbandale Action Plan aims to revolutionize the city's environmental footprint while enhancing livability and economic prosperity.

Three distinct scenarios were presented, each with innovative ideas on renewable energy, net-zero energy buildings, and strategic infill development.
