I’ve been wanting more of them since the first film
Harper and Robin have zero chemistry lol. Robin too good of a woman for him. Harper is like the male version of Jordan. They both workaholics, they both self centered and they both competitive. Harper definitely have more chemistry with Jordan since the first Best Man film. Harper and Robin should’ve never gotten married.

Harper settled for Robin, and Robin settled for Harper. Deep down, she knew that he didn’t love her. In the first movie she was begging him to commit to her long term. If you’re begging a man, he’s not into you. Then, only after Jordan rejected his advances did he propose to Robin. They were doomed from the start.
I don’t think people like Harper and Jordan would work for a long term relationship. They are both workaholics and focused on their own careers. When would they have time for romance or personal time with each other. Just how I feel. I don’t like how he and robin ended. She probably wasn’t the one for him either but they realized it too late but they still have a daughter together. Wish they could have kept it civil but I guess that wouldn’t be good tv because a lot of viewers like to see drama.
For me Harper and Robin were never a good match. Compatibility in a relationship is important. I won't vilanize Harper by laying the failed relationship at his feet. The two just don't mesh. It's a cautionary tale. Even when we love someone our differences can be a problem.
Honestly, I feel like Harper and Jordan should have gotten married and had a daughter named Mia.

I like how Malcolm Lee waited to do this after the pandemic. And didn't need to use the movie selling ticket platform to make revenue from the franchise.
based on that 2024 clip, I FULLY assumed that Jordan & Harper were together. & BRUH often I wonder why Robin said yes to that man’s proposal or why she ain’t break it off before the wedding 😂, they made a beautiful child though so I ain’t mad at that
This episode highlighted how talented Terrance Howard really is… so underrated. I really loved the character development and how he was able to delve into his true feelings and not settle for Xiomara.
Robin and Harper don’t seem on the same page… I almost thought Robin was going to ask to stay on the damn resort the way she was following that chef around, lol…
Disappointed in the lack of development for Jordan…
We always have to remember how their proposal even happened. They if we pay attention to every movie and episode, they’ve never been truly compatible. They should’ve broken up in the first movie and have been hanging in by a thread ever since.

When Taye Diggs was missing from one episode I was thinking he must’ve took a break to play Billy Baker 😂
But anyway there was no character growth from Harper, Lance and Jordan to me. Shelby had the most character development
The only thing I liked from Lance was the fact that he finally accepted his son for who he was

If there was any way that taye was to stay I promise you it would’ve went different way I do believe he would’ve went to Africa prolly not to stay but to work on his marriage

I wasn’t feeling Lance and the concierge to me they had zero chemistry. And I think it’s because the actress that plays the concierge is an obvious novice actress. Same with the guy they had come up to Nia. They had zero chemistry. Also one of my pet peeves for and what makes its obvious that a man is a creator of this, they keep making Jordan miserable or some kind of spinster. Many women are career women with no husband or children (BY CHOICE) and are happy. I would of loved her being happy. I’m moving ahead a little bit, but yeah I would’ve loved if they made her happy AND satisfied. I think she kinda gets there.
Lance is attracted to women who challenge him. Mia wasn’t mesmerized by his fame. She corrected him and told him his knees won’t last if he continues his lateral movements. Not only did she study him, she pushed him forward. When this woman met him, she wasn’t mesmerized. She instead challenged him. Asked him if he was lost. That maybe he needed to refind his way. It caught him off guard.
Maybe its because my family is Jamaican but did anyone else notice that the music that was playing while at the resort on the Island was all or majority reggae music. Me and my mom both notice that. It was too obvious. They should have just said that they were in Jamaica

Harper & Robin - I’m actually surprised they are still together; I felt the same for the second movie. Note: I’m done worn the Final Chapters and I still have a question regarding Robin.
ohhhh baby we gonna TALK cause the finale wasnt giving final and we need more story because so much was left unfinished in my opinion!

I think it’s robin’s choice to be single. Obviously she can find someone to be with but she has always been a workaholic. Unless she can give her all to someone then I don’t think anything will change. If she got with Harper now it would feel like a rebound relationship and she seems like the kind of woman that doesn’t want to come second to anyone. Not to mention robin and Harper still have a daughter together.
Malcolm Lee is very good at putting the current culture of the time in this franchise.
I think it was clear from the first movie Harper and Robin were not a match. Two good people don’t guarantee a good relationship. I think their relationship is a good example of when people show you who they are believe them. Harper never changed but for some reason Robin expected something in him to change he was consistent in his person. You should never enter a relationship with the intention to change a person. Bettering a person and changing a person are two different things.
