At 21:10 Billy, it just struck me that the rectangular empty spaces on either side may have held pictures or carvings of The Stations of the Cross. If you’ve ever been in a Catholic Church and noticed the side walls, you’ve seen them. These images commemorate incidents in the passion of Christ like the crowing with thorns and the help given by Simon of Cyrene. There are fourteen such, seven on either side. In this chapel smaller representations may have been set in the large rectangles to fit seven on each side. It may have just been plaques. The rectangular spaces are separated by what I’ll call pseudo columns, whether Doric, Ionic, or Corinthian I can’t tell-maybe just a generic column. From the colors in the painting of the Holy Family above the altar those images, if small paintings in the same style, were probably exquisitely done. Considering the sisters took the Stations of the Cross with them, I marvel that they left the picture above the altar. It’s your treasure now. Continued blessings in your good work.

Billy, I have a good suggestion to complete the protection of your kitchen doors. You can easely put a "Door push plate" in polished brass (to go with the kitchen). This way no fingers will be in your doors. It's going to be beautiful also. We usually fix these plate also at the bottom of the doors, you know (in polish brass also). It's not very expensive and protect well these parts of doors. Au revoir. Your kitchen is going to be amazing ❤

At 21:33 The prominent gold letters on blue are A and M, fancily interwoven. This is abbreviation for “Auspice Maria,” Latin for “Under the protection of Mary.” “Auspice” became auspices in English, similar idea. It’s position below the empty niche strongly indicates there was an picture of Mary above it. Looks to me like this Chapel is still “under the protection of Mary” as you’re taking such good care of it.

From a write up in Saffron Walden & District Riding Club 2014:
Professional show jumper Nick Moon has been
show jumping for 25years. He has represented Great
Britain on many occasions jumping in Nations cups,
      European championships and the prestigious
Hickstead Royal international. He has ridden at the
famous and much loved Olympia London, The Horse
of the Year Show and the stunning Royal Windsor
      Horse Show and many more…
He has an amazing string of horses that he is currently
competing; Professor Dumbledore, Beauty RJ and the
legend that is Eperlan du Fouquet. He also has a
number of lovely horses behind the scenes who will
be joining him and the others out jumping soon.
Nick is an accredited course builder. He has built at
many venues including Hickstead, Quainton Stud, and
Towerlands to name but a few. He is a patient and
encouraging instructor who gives confidence to all of
his pupils- with a good balance between fun and
      discipline in his sessions.
Nick runs Finchingfield Equestrian Centre from his
home in Essex when he is not away jumping. All his
horses come from troubled backgrounds and he
works hard to build up a trusting, compassionate
relationship with them. He is a true horseman whose
passion and pride for his horses is unbreakable - he
dedicates every minute of the day to understanding
and helping troubled horses and his results magnify
      this.
Nick and his wife were both born into horseman families. They sold everything and moved to France for the horses. Legacy of Legends.
"While it’s nice to think the horses we’ve come to know and love in competition go riding off into the sunset with their human athletes, the reality is that this may not happen. Enter Legacy of Legends, a horse nonprofit in the Limousin region of France near Limoges." Another good method for small controlled movements/adjustments is a threaded bar or pipe clamp. For a pipe clamp, you get the end fittings as a set for a given pipe size (1/2”, 3/4” and so on) and then can use the length of pipe you need to reach. There is typically about 2” of threaded travel before you need to reset the clamp head.
In addition, you can reverse the heads and use it as a spreader!

Please wash and polish the brass pipes! Don't over do it. You still want the patina on them but not all the dirt. Look at where the pipes fit into their holders. I noticed the ends were brighter. It will make your organ look smarter! Best of luck with all the key fittings!

Billy, despite the kitchen doors being a complete pain in the bum to hang, it (may) still be worth taking them off again to Osmo the bases. If there's ever a major spillage or flood, those unsealed portions stand to provide a perfect vector for absorption directly into the wood, leaving stains you'll never ever get out; that would be such a shame and provide a source of total annoyance every time you looked at them. I know it would bug me forevermore if that had happened to my lovely woodwork, knowing it was mainly my own fault.

Nick, you’re doing such a awesome job putting this organ back together, it’s quite interesting to see the different steps - along with Michael’s work also. Probably 100 years or so ( when we are all gone- it still will be a much watched procedure. Crack on! Well done!! 🇨🇦👏👏🇨🇦 I Also like your family posts. Have a new great grandson and his name. To this day, this project has been so fascinating for me. I mean what an enormous undertaking. Wander if Nick ever worked on anything like this. He seems like such a knowledgeable and very capable of it. Maybe some people are just born skilled. Same to Michael, I mean playing the piano doesn’t give you organ making skills. But Michael sure does seem like it. 👌🏽

Lovely to see Layla in her cosy coat. She did very well to stay so long (with Nick & Yannis with a tight grip on her 😀). Does she get on well with Pip? When I left the cathedral in Norwich on the Thursday, Michael was still removing all the trackers, so I knew that it was going to be a big job to get them back in again. I didn’t notice at the time that they were all so different.
