    Anger is an emotion that usually results in terrible consequences. When angry people loose control over self and at times make mistakes that they regret the entire lifetime. Learning to control anger or anger management is one of the most crucial life skill that one must learn as it helps in both personal as well as professional life. In this video, Dr Praveen Tripathi is discussing some of the important anger management techniques.
    Dr. Praveen Tripathi is a renowned psychiatrist who practices in Delhi-NCR. He did his MBBS from University College of Medical Sciences (UCMS, Delhi) and MD (Psychiatry) from the prestigious Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences (IHBAS, Delhi). He also underwent training at the world-renowned Mount Sinai School of Medicine, New York, USA, and Kansas University Medical Centre, Kansas, USA. He is one amongst the few Indian doctors who have cleared the prestigious United States Clinical Skill examination that evaluates a doctor's clinical competency. Dr. Tripathi underwent training in the use of transcranial magnetic stimulation therapy from Harvard Medical Centre, which is the topmost medical college in the USA.

      @8:06 till 8:44 sir सामनेवालेके नजरियेसे (view point से) बात करनेका आप सुझाव दे रहे हो, पर तब क्या करे जब के साफ दिख रहा हो के सामनेवालेका view point गलत है।
      उदाहरण के तौर पे ये किस्सा सुनिए, हाऊसिंग सोसायटी का एक सदस्य सोसायटी के एक corner मे खडे एक medium height के पेड को काटने के लिए आमादा है, जब क एक सदस्य उस पेड को काटनेके विरोध मे है, जो पेड को काटना चाहता है वो खुद सबसे उपरी मंजिल पर रहता है, उसका कहना है के पेड के पत्ते गिरकर कचरा होता है जब के पेड एक कोने मे है और जो पेड काटने के विरोध मे है उसका मानना है के उस अदनेसे पेड से कोई तकलिफ नही है, एक तो वो पेड एक कोनेमे है, पेड पे छोटे छोटे पंछी चिडीया रहते है, तो उसे ना काटे। उसपर वो पेड काटनेको बोलनेवाला गाली गलोच पे उतर आता है।
      अब इस घटनामे दुसरे के नजरियेको समझकर बोलनेवाला फंडा नही चलेगा, है ना!

    Very practical n sensible tips on anger management :
    1. Delay the response
    2. Anticipate the problem
    3. Empathise with other person's viewpoint
    I've used these techniques n have found them immensely helpful in managing anger on the one hand n preserving relationships on the other. And whenever I've ignored them, I've suffered...n in some cases suffered heavily..

I know this because my father used to do same and I always was less confident in school ,I doubted myself and never was able to make right decisions in life . So I request you to stop beating your child . Love them more and when you feel angry just go away and take a round and then come back and teach them. 🙏🙏

      Please stop do tha . My parents to much control me when I went to school I haven't confidence. When I started work I haven't confidence my supervisor bully me l didn't show anybody when I got married my mother in low didn't respect me while I didn't never give up .my husband was naversport me. Now my all parents side family and my inlow family and my husband they are not respect me if say something they are don't like. But now I said me self if my parents give me confidence may I'm not stugalmy life so now I said my children if you are wrigt u can say back answer please give children confidence

    Sir, I have a question for you that aapne kaha ki (delay the response) right?
    Mai Krti hu response delay but fir bhi Mera gussa kam nhi hota hai Kyuki Jesa ki aapne kaha aadhe ghante baad reply dene Se gussa shant hota h and you will start thinking by your Rational brain right?
    But with me.. It's totally different sometimes or most of the time too... I react differently.. I mean to say yes definitely I used my rational brain but with anger... Matlb ki der se bhi agar Mai reply Krti hu tab bhi gussa shant nhi hota balki continuously woi sab bate mind me chalti rehti h... Chah k bhi khud ko Free mind nhi rakh pati or jab jwab dene Pe aati hu tab tak or 3-4 bate soch chuki hoti hu... Please help me sir to keep myself calm 🙏
