This institution was not a part of any controversy.

After the first 10 of those years, if it really is how you describe, and how you know what you know remains a mystery, I doubt it could sustain that ranking

Surprised that the location is basic consideration for scholars of such highly ranked schools. For the last two months i was only searching for best schools that can give best opportunities to research.
Cities provide tons of opportunities for work, research, and internships
