- Let's explore the new Rolls-Royce Cullinan, the most exquisite SUV ever created! It is the first such car to come from Rolls-Royce as well as their first time making a vehicle with 4WD, but let's find out what it's like on and off-road, while fully discovering everything there is to know about it.
Cullinan has been long awaited, and carries the name of the largest diamond ever mined, but will it live up to expectations? The barrier is set high by default and joining the launch event for the car in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, we can explore all the details in a full walkaround as well as driving in different environments.
Cullinan is a true Rolls-Royce in every way, and really meets a new segment of the market by carving its own path. The Rolls-Royce Cullinan also introduces a 'Recreation Module' to offer bespoke components installed in the rear.
A Cullinan that is built to a customer's wishes will be unlikely to leave the factory in Goodwood for much below £300,000, but let's really find out if that buys "the Rolls-Royce of SUVs".

High Quality? Jon Olsson does high quality. Shmee does high frequency! Mostly selfie style camcorder stuff. Don't get me wrong I enjoy these videos and the style. Just think the term high quality is not adequate
I agree that there are several others in the automotive CZcams space who' exceed Shmee150 with the video production from both a technical and artistic perspective. However, I've got to give Tim props for a tireless schedule and knowledge of so many different types of new vehicles. I frequently learn new items and find his approach is always professional. It's great that we all have such options for viewing, rather than soleely from traditional media.

For anyone NOT having seen this GORGEOUS Beast up close & personal I must say that I was very pleased exploring various specked SUV's available at the LUXURIOUS launch in Vancouver, Canada in May 2018.
The LUXURY, OPULENCE, COMFORT and the ease in which it accelerates and knows exactly which gear is best as aided by the Sat Nav is all just so relaxing. All of your worries go away as you bath in the seat, the ride, the quietness of the experience.
Really a BEAUTIFUL vehicle - a BIG one- But just simply the BEST for luxury, refinement and opulence.

I saw the Culinan 4 months back driving oddly. I had to rub my eyes lol as I couldn’t believe someone was driving it before release. It was beautiful. Saw a black one in Surrey in the Redhill area. It is stunning

RR, Lambo, Bentley etc.. are jumping the shark with these SUVs.
In my opinion it dilutes their brands and makes me less wanting of their other cars.

I don’t know your financial situation so I’m not going to assume, but a lot of the time, I notice that the people that complain about these things will likely never be able to afford one. These brands aim to please their customers, not those that’ll never purchase their cars.
I personally don't mind Bentley and Rolls Royce breaking into the SUV segment. I think it kinda fits their brand and image...
What bothers me more is Lamborghini and Aston Martin. I think they are damaging their brand by producing SUVs (the Urus and the DBX). I hope Ferrari and McLaren won't do the same.

Ford Expedition, Lincoln Navigator, Cadillac Escalade, Chevy Tahoe, GMC Yukon Any Range Rover all look better than this ridiculous monstrosity. As for going off roading lets get real you are on a road with no more holes than you will find on the streets of Chicago.

I beg to differ. This "car" is not timeless, as you say, but a product of our time, a time in which SUVs are in vogue and too many Arabs with no sense of beauty, proportion or knowledge of heritage, buy among other things 200mph-capable supercars to drive them at a crawl round and round the same streets in London´s West End. No doubt we will be seeing quite a number of these Cullinams with Dubai number plates on their way to Harrod's.

In my opinion there's something not right about a Rolls-Royce SUV. It's missing the classy look that Rolls-Royce vehicles are known for. It would be like Pagani deciding to make and SUV vehicle, not to say that it may never happen, but it just seems a bit weird. ya this wasn't anything properly offroad, any suv could of done that with ease. I took my cx5 on a 100km logging road. which was much worse then this and had no issues lol.
But there was no asphalt. But you are kinda right. But you know for sure nobody will do things with the Culinan that the Range rover can do.

The Cullinan is the most luxurious SUV ever and quite literally a silent beast especially the noise reduction with the mega V12 and with updated technology it makes for one of the greatest SUV's ever. Curt Landgraff it’s simply a modern direct injection engine. Emissions regs have dictated cars sound like this now.
