윗면의 크랙이 멋스러운 브라우니 쿠키를 만들었어요~
초콜릿을 녹여 넣어 진한 초콜릿 맛을 느낄 수 있고 황설탕이 풍미를 업그레이드 시켜 주는 것 같아요~^^
겉은 바삭하고 안은 브라우니 같이 약간 쫀쫀한 느낌이 있어 식감도 좋네요~~
설탕양을 줄여 넣어 구워보기도 했는데 단 정도의 차이는 많이 없는데 식감이나 맛의 차이는 있더라구요~
이 쿠키는 반죽이 묽은 편인데 묽은 반죽을 바로 팬닝해 구워야 예쁜 크랙이 나오는 것 같아요~*^^*
간단하면서 맛있고 멋스러운 쿠키랍니다~~

▶약 10개 분량
▶재료
다크초콜릿 100g
무염 버터 60g
달걀 1개
갈색설탕 100g
중력분 65g
코코아파우더 10g
베이킹파우더 1/2ts
소금 1/8ts
▶레시피
1. 다크 초콜릿과 무염버터가 담긴 볼을 뜨거운 물이 담긴 냄비 위에 올려 녹인다.
2. 달걀과 갈색 설탕을 섞은 뒤 (1)을 넣고 섞는다.
3. 가루류를 체 쳐 넣고 섞은 뒤 오븐팬에 팬닝하고 180도 예열된 오븐에서 12분 정도 굽는다.

60g Unsalted butter
1 Egg
100g Brown sugar
65g Plain flour
10g Cocoa powder
1/2ts Baking powder
1/8ts Salt

Hi, I want to know if I want to add some chocolate chips or almond, at which stage should I put in ?
I made a batch of these to try, and my coworkers and I loved them! I definitely have to double (or maybe even triple) the recipe next time because these cookies go QUICK 😂
Some notes from my bake:
I used one tablespoon of batter per cookie and was able to make 22 of them plus one mini/tester cookie.
I topped each cookie with a chunk of dark chocolate before baking. Yummy!
I also added a splash of vanilla extract when making the batter. Not sure if it made much of a difference but why not?
My cookies did not get the crackly top as shown in the video, they were slightly wrinkly looking(?) but it was still yummy!
Slight crunch on the outside, nice and soft on the inside, and not too sweet!
I baked the cookies at 356 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes, one dozen cookies per sheet.
I did not chill the batter before baking, but the batter was thick enough to easily spoon onto the sheet and hold its shape before baking.
Overall, this was a super simple and fairly quick recipe with ingredients you likely already have at home, and they taste super delicious! I definitely recommend trying these. I think this is a recipe you could easily alter to suit your tastes and/or get creative by adding chocolate chunks, peppermint extract, so on and so forth. I hope this helps anyone who wants to try this recipe or is having trouble!

Same. Only wrinkle cookies , not crinkle/ crackle cookies.
But it doesnt matter, the taste is GREAT ! 👍👍
I read a comment about chilling the cookie dough first before baking to get the cracked effect. But idk if it’s true. 😅
notes when I tried this recipe
1. When whisking the egg and sugar, make sure to whisk long enough to make it light colored and fluid for better cracks (when using a hand mixer, I recommend at least 2 minutes of mixing)
2. Sift the dry ingredients to avoid lumps and mix them carefully
3. If the cookie expands too much after cracking, the oven might be too hot.
How long do we need to chill the cookie dough?
@@chaerinsistas1935 I think I remember chilling them for a few hours (like 2-3) but I've seen some recipes say overnight works best to keep it's shape

I made these to try on a friday night and it is a STRUGGLE to keep from eating them all. easy, fast, delicious recipe with results that look just like the original. Can make them like normal cookies and have them be squishy in the middle, or thinner for more of a snap. either way, perfect!

I made these, and i got the beautiful cracks the hack is
Make sure to blend the sugar and egg properly so you can use an electric mixer
And mix it for about (2 mins) and make sure to sift the dry ingredients so it doesn’t give you lumps
The thing that makes the cookies crack is because of the sugar and egg the more you mix it the more the cracks appear, you can do it!

I used 70% dark choco , the rest is really following the recipe. The result is impressive💕 very chocolatey & has perfect amount of sweetness👍👍
Its very clever to use brown sugar bc its healthier & has subtle sweetness.
Although i didnt get that crinkle look but the taste is awesome , spongy at centre n crispy at outside layer😋😍

Oh , these cookies would be a great companion for a cup of milky coffee/ cafe latte , or a glass of sugarless tea♥️
I portioned mine 20 grams each balls and bake them at 180 (it would take a loong time for my oven to heat over 180 😭) for 20 minutes. Mine turn out thin and irregular in shape (read: not round) not as pretty as Cooking Tree's. Probably because I substitute half the sugar with brown (coconut) sugar, because I only have white granulated sugar at the time. They tasted very good 10/10 would bake these again 👍

Mine turned out a bit too dry but my oven has a mind of its own. I didn't get the cracks on the surface as Cooking Tree did either...

@@Cooking_tree absolutely! I try and replicate some of your recipes, but it gets kinda hard because I'm in the US and trying to convert grams over to the matric system isn't always exact measurements. But I still love watching and trying it out! Your the best!
오늘 만들었는데 망했어욬ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 반죽이 이유는 잘 모르겠는데 되게 꾸덕꾸덕하게 되서 '이게 왜 이러지..?' 하면서 이것저것 다 붓다가 구웠는데 .. 폭신한 과자? 가 되어버렸어욬ㅋㅋㅋ 겉은 맨질맨질하고 속은 부드러운데 단 맛은 안 나고 다크 초콜릿 맛이 많이 나더라고요 . ... ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 다들 맛없다고 하지만... 그래도 괜찮아용!

I made this recipe and let me tell you, these cookies are good! 💖 I did got the crusty brownie looking top and it was so cute 🌟. I saw some people made this and had problems getting it, but it's just about having the right temperature in your oven and in your dough.
