I love that you'll talk about the importance of mental health. I struggle with PTSD from my military service, it's been another battle for me. Sometimes I'm not online for awhile bc I'm trying to handle my own personal shit and mental health so hearing someone with a growing platform talk about it is great to see. ❤
This was the first Hopsin song I've ever listened to and it's all due to you, Ernest. I like your perspective on this song. For someone who isn't going through a depressive episode, sometimes it amazes me the level of empathy you show. I've yet to find one person at this level, in all my 10+ years of struggles. Anyway...

Regarding Robin Williams, I think I've read that he had some other health issues he had been battling for years and at the end, suicide was just a means of putting himself out of his misery when modern medicine couldn't do anything more.

My 17 yr old son was just recently diagnosed with anxiety & depression and it’s a daily struggle a lot of feeling alone & helpless because he has a very hard time expressing his feelings. Thankful he has turned to music to sooth. Thank you for spending your time to break down these types of songs. Appreciate all you do & as a 41 year old mom who loves rap I’m definitely subscribed. ❤️

My life goal is to meet hopsin and tell him how he helped out of the darkest times, i relate to much to his situation in i never had a father either. I just want to tell him that, he should take that outlet which is music and see it from a different lence. The lence where his music changes people it helps people. Take his anger, take his depression, and use that for something powerful.

Speaking personally i believe that it helps, many people seek for something to attach themselves to so they are not alone and hearing songs similar to this make it relatable to those of us who have issues, sometimes answering questions or opening thoughts and ideas that ease your mind and such
