Do you mean without yeast? I have never made bread in the bread machine without yeast. I have videos in my bread playlist for homemade bread without yeast and another for bread machine bread with all purpose flour. You could substitute honey for sugar in that one.

Made this and my bread maker undercooked it, it was also had very little rise to it. New to bread making, I wonder what went wrong. Will try again.
Did you proof the yeast before adding the other ingredients?

Not rising is usually a problem with yeast. You may try a different brand. I’m sorry it didn’t work out, this is my favorite bread.
