Amazes me there are people complaining about this. It's like living near a public park and complaining the public is using the park. Not to mention that these stairs have been there for over 100 years, so it's not like they didn't know about the stairs when they bought or built their house.

You don't know if these people in the area have health problems or work late nights only to be woken up every day. People these days no longer respect fellow neighbors and feel entitled to be loud and obnoxious at any given time of the day.
