सर आपने सीधे तुरंत कह दिया कि obc के लिए आरक्षण संविधान में नही दिया गया था,लेकिन आपको सर काका कालेलकर रिपोर्ट में तो पता ही होगा कि डॉ आंबेडकर इस रिपोर्ट को लागू करवाकर obc को आरक्षण देना चाहते थे और उसके लिए उन्होंने कितनी लड़ाई लड़ी लेकिन उनकी एक न चलने दी गई थी।सर सच्चाई को पूरी तरह नही तो कम से कम कुछ तो जानकारी दे दिया कीजिये।

If ur mother belongs to group c or b group or equivalent and ur father is business man having income 3 lac as u mention then ur are eligible for OBC ncl
Because at this situation clause 6is applicable on it father income only means income not more than 8lac(ur father income is 3 lac) so I r OBC ncl and in this situation ur mother income is not considered according to dopt 1993
