Sometimes I feel like I'll never get to the point where I'm happy with my body. But watching your videos reminds me that there is still things to look forward to in life. I think that I am trans myself, but I am not sure.... How did you find out that you were trans? I mean is it normal that I have no fucking idea what I am?? YOUR VIDEOS ARE ALWAYS FREAKING AWESOME!
it's normal not to know. Give yourself time to figure it out. Talk to people in the same situation and compare/relate to them (online or IRL). If you really need to and if you can afford it, talk to a (good and accepting) specialist unless you live in a queerphobic place.
Just think about if every social construct, stereotype, social pressure in the world disappeared, would you still think you're the gender you think you are? I'm trans myself and I've never really met a trans person who's really "confused" because being trans actually means you have the brain wiring of the other sex and this is fixed at birth. Usually they know who they are all along, just denying it. I think sometimes all the pressure of gender stereotype and "not fitting in" due to other reasons make you feel like you're not comfortable with your gender. Remember, don't overthink it or let your choice of clothes and sexual orientation lead you to think you're trans. It's hard to explain but try focusing on who you ARE, instead who you wanna be and who you were (if that makes sense).
If you're questioning whether you are or. or not, you probably are. Cis people usually don't have to question themselves about their gender identity, so even jf you're not ftm, you might be a nonbinary gender. Anyway, as other people are saying, give it time and take some time to explore yourself. Don't rush into a label you're not sure you fit into.
Alex actually has a video on this topic, if you're interested. It's called "Am I a Boy?" and it's just a general narrative of his whole questioning phase. Also, I had the same problem as you for a long time, and I think generally it is a long process. Make sure you take it slow and figure yourself out on your own time. Don't let anyone else tell you who to be :)

Well done & your chest looks like it's healing quite nicely. I found that for me, recovery from mononucleosis & much later serious surgery it took 3 years for the whole experience/discomfort/recovery to be in the past. The same for a friend recovering from cancer surgery. 30 - 34 months after I was still in recouperation/recovery but by the 36th month it all was a past experience. Good luck & best wishes.
Witch hazel will help with the sticky stuff and won't hurt too much when trying to rub it off. Just soak a cotton ball or swab with it and gently rub on the sticky. On the plus side it's disinfectant so you won't have to worry too much about germs! I hope that helps a little. Congrats on the top surgery, me and my mates all cried with joy when we found out you were having it (literally, tears everywhere). So happy for you. Love, your FTM fans across the pond.

I use facial scrubs from time to time, but the camera does wonders for covering everything up haha!
