EH Boot test

We tested an EH rated boot in a simulated step potential test showing the level of protection you dont get from these
This is a normal workboot, less than 6 months old, that was damp and dirty (normal for a workboot)
It started breaking down almost immediatley (watch the back of the heel), the test set popped at less than 4kV.
