I did not realise how much guilt I carry around for not wanting to connect with people, entertain, being what I thought was “lazy” but is actually exhaustion, feeling lame for not being able to “achieve “ things and thrive. I realise now that my inner work is taking up my energy and that’s ok. I also felt exhausted from not “manifesting” , I’ve tried tried tried, never succeed. So I am going to let that go now. 🙏🏼 That’s a weight off my shoulders..I will walk a little straighter today and feel proud of what I have achieved.
