hi mam very nice explanation thank you...! i am constructing 2nd floor but it is not in any of metro cities, its 5 hours journey from Bangalore. I want it to be very beautiful house and classy, wants to hire interior designer. I know people from bangalore will not come there and work but what i want to know is how can i get the work done? i have a decent budget and want to use all premium interiors....could you please help me here? its still okay if anyone who are looking for opportunity even they do few error still fine we can correct and get the wonderful outcome. V also kno market is running on percentage n square feet...aage kya...kitna. expose he nh karni rate toh video dekhne ka n banane ka faida kya. If a new comer got an project..how will she calculate. Hamara video dekho aur subscribe karo. U have done projects. U explain in detail. Ur design, cost, labour cost etc.
Rates per square change according to material, the designer and segment they’re in. There’s no one shoe fits all scenario here

1) Either they are to expensive = out of reach
2) Two low with very poor results
How to find a appropriate rate to performance designer + break monotonous creation is must.
Almost always interior designers help you save way more than you pay them so it’s more of a perspective than the truth
