This song was influenced by the melody in the Power Rangers Character Select Menu Theme for the SNES! Not a lot of people have played the game but there will be few that'll recognize it. :) - Hudba
If you haven't seen Red Line, this clip is only the opening scene. It just sets the scene for the madness that comes after. In some ways Red Line represents a pinnacle for anime as a medium.
it really is an adrenaline rush
These animation gave a whole different levels of feeling
There IS some middle scenes and post initial race stuff
holy cheetos
SONOSHIIIIIIIIIII! CHERRY BOY HUNTERRRRRRR!
this makes Fast and Furious movies look like a hot wheels commercial.
Real
That's an insult for the last two games Hot Wheels dropped😂
😂😂😂😂 pretty much.
Redline really deserves more attention than it got
Agreed, I try to get as many people as I can to watch it
the end was trash tho
@@dansmcarvalho I hesitate to say trash but... it was a bit less than ideal.
Would have liked some after story with the MCs.
@@dansmcarvalho well thats ur opinion.
@@Pantology_Enthusiast the whole movie is a metaphor. if you decypher it correctly, the ending is literally EVERYTHING it needs to be. at first I was really dissapointed as well, but then the whole thing hit me like a freighter
It's interesting because Red Line represents exactly the hotweels races we used to play with as children ...
1:01 that walking animation is smooth
The best part is every single frame in this movie is hand drawn. Even the smoothest parts
The whole movie is smooth af
Every thing in Redline is smooth
Dude thank you! It was stuck in my head for some reason and I couldn't find it until I read your comment.
i'm 50 years old. i've listened to this about 5,000 times. i always come back to it. soothing and kick ass at the same time and awesome drums,. i'll say hi again after my 10,000 listen...
I was expecting the future to be more buttons and knobs, steampunk, but then came Steve Jobs and removed all the buttons of everything and got people to follow suit.
omg you are old af but you rock
@Zzzz Dddd your son has impeccable taste!
at first I said wtf, 5000 times? this one is crazy. is this song that good? now I'm listening this nonstop on soundcloud...you tricked me in a good way!
@Weeblackie you'll get there, its only a matter of time!
Came here for the music...stayed for the anime
The movie Redline becomes even more mind blowing when you find out that absolutely everything in the movie was hand drawn and then animated to make this masterpiece.
Wish more anime looked this amazing but we all know it's unrealistic and will probably never be done again
Yeah it reminds me of Jojo's bizarre adventure and space dandy but morphed into one style
Let's not forget Akira
im watchin u paimonts.... youre the last bass
@@traviswhitcherpodcast the thing is Redline was hand drawn frame by frame by ONE guy.
@@escapetherace1943 so was Akira hand drawn but here's the kicker Akira was epic in the sense that just about every major anime studio in Japan was involved in its production for the level of detail and color involved mind-blowing when you see the end credits
Redline will be remembered for decades as one of the best anime movies ever made, and one of the most satisfying experiences in the history of animation. I mean, it has alone built a standard for racing-themed cinematographic productions, in a way that if you're making a movie about a futuristic dystopian race and don't make it like that, it will probably just feel bland and slow.
Seriously, watch this.
Can confirm. Redline is a satisfying experience, and before it, I never would've considered a racing movie to be exciting.
Hollywood is (most likely) never going to be able to release something that's even half close as intense and endearing as Redline was.
Apparently Redline destroyed the carrier of it's director and nearly shut down the studio due to how much it cost.
The response from the director? "Worth it"
I can't say I disagree, if you gotta end your carrier somehow, there are few better ways.
@@MechaEmperor7000 He's the real Sweet JP
@@MechaEmperor7000 well, if he says it was worth it, he's fine with it.
Speed Racer :P
You just made me go and watch the whole movie because of this magnificent track great job really
The movie is also great
its sooooo good and underrated
Was a cool movie n' insane graphics for it's time!
Yeah this track made me watch it too I love the classic anime style
Outstanding
This music and video combo are really doing it for me
Am I the only one that gets chills for how perfectly timed the turbo bypass is with the video and song?
I got the feels
Perfectly synced... btw i think more know this song than the original movie
@@Nerim89 I friggin bought the movie because of this song XD good movie btw
@@andewfusthe3rd one of my all time favorite. I was a kid when first seen
@@Nerim89 Unfortunately I was basically today years old when I discovered it. I'm in my early 30's and I've watched it enough that my wife just says "ugh, not that movie again" to which I just have to cry "IT'S A WORK OF ART!!! A CLASSIC!!!"
My 5 year old loves it too lol
I really appreciate how the amv dosent really spoil anything about the plot of the movie
Yeah it really didn't, was not disapointed when i watched it, no idea how i missed this one growing up, but able to catch back up on everything easily with how wide spread Internet is now
well the plot is basically space car go vroom anyways lmao
Who won the race, but a spoiler warning so it doesn't spoil it for anyone else :)
I love Redline, but there is a plot?
@@tenchraven with a statement like that, you dont.
One of the best kick ass driving synthwave tracks of all time. Nailed it
@Stefan Prolic *cool futuristic vibrations*
the beat's just too good man
Just found this song and realised it is copied from Power Rangers - The Movie SNES Game Soundtrack czcams.com/video/BwvIlooce-M/video.html
this anime is perfection. that quick glance at sonoshee's pink was the crown jewel. *.*
Can we just talk about how beautiful the turbo noises is mixed into the beat
Guys don't drive with this song. It might get you killed.
Go to a saltflat with the song
Worth it
my dude i get you
You would get past heaven and hell and come back alive again as a racing zombie
Or you might win....
Wtf? Why CZcams needs six year's to show me the his catchy masterpiece? What a banger!
Now you've been blessed I guess
That's what happens if you DON'T sacrifice your first born to the almighty algorithm!
1:01 That stride was smooth, if you don't walk into stores like this you won't be taken seriously.
This what anime should be today...
You really expect a series to have movie like production quality?
@@mist3325 no i expect it to be better
Hand drawing animation is no longer cost or time effective so although I do agree it will never be so.
@@doctorrtd4326 It took 7 years to make this movie. We could have this level of quality if otaku culture were not so consumerist. It will be like waiting 4 years for each season of shows equivalent to 15 anime.
Madhouse still making an anime
That timing of the button pressed after 1:08 to the music is perfect
1:22 again
Redline really has that Heavy Metal/90’s Anime brutal manic energy to it.
Yep screams the humor of Trygun the epicness of outlaw star and the deep setting world of Big O with be battles and bad assness of outlaw star and S-cry-eD so mutch last 80s to early 2000s in a hour and half movie lol
That anime is one of the most visually astonishing I've ever seen.
That was one Epic and Romantic race! ❤️🔥^_^
The added boost blow off valve sounds were friggan epic! lol
Cherry on top
Chris N It doesn’t make sense because the most common ICE sound in Redline is a V8, hell JP’s car is a muscle car.
@@johncarl5505 you shut the fuck up, 2jz blowoff sounds are fuckin' tits
@@hakrsakr Not like turbos are never seen on v8's either anyway idk what dude was goin for there.
anyone noticing how 2:32 is absolute pure genius as u think the soundeffects of the motors are "just" perfectly suiting background mood amplifiers BUT turn into dubstep like serious implemented parts of the song in a reaaaally smooth but rapid manner?? PURE sound engineering composition genius :O
that part hooked me. i wish i knew what that engine was!
Addictive
@@neilguy7830 It sounds like a 2JZ with antilag. czcams.com/video/iOj9bDZgzkY/video.html
I came down here for the comment
Glad you said something... it was kind of this weird thing where I thought "oh no, don't ruin this song with a shitty sample" but before I could really let the thought escape, the sound morphed into the music and that part really stood out in a good way. I actually laughed to myself when I heard it, because I don't think I've ever been so surprised by a song. Brilliant.
The thing I like about Redline is you have all these racers in their suped up future cars, then a guy in an absolutely bitchin Trans-Am! Gotta respect the classics!
I love impractical sounds being used in music, the part with the revving engines being mixed sounded awesome.
How can you take me back to the eighties and into the future at the same time?
Nearly shed a tear every time the synth dips down an octave.
Beautiful gold sounds to my ear god this gives me so much power what a beautiful piece of art right here 100% beauty love it
Discovered this Gem about a month ago and have listened to it at least once a day Since...... KOOL AF !!! 😎😎
Great job! The song and visuals fit like a tight leather glove. The view count is missing at least 3 zeros.
movie name is "Redline" its a sweet anime
Yea this was pretty sick
10h loop fanmade or by paradelous would be right, dont think so?
@@CaptianHicterDeckmen All the car scenes are hand-drawn no computer.
I guess you could say... This video needs a few more XXXXXXX's.. ;)
I'm gonna watch this film lol. Fantastic song.
This will always be one of my favorite songs by Paradelous
I would pay a lot to see this in the theater. GOD that would be an epic experience. Not only one of the best anime ever, but one of the most incredible movie experiences ever.
You know it's good art when it takes your breath away.
if i ever get behind the wheel with this song on i’m dying for sure
So never put redline soundtrack while you're behind the wheel. Otherwise, you'll drive to a speed you couldn't even think about.
@@latassedethe4931 that could never be a bad thing
Well, time to set new speed record on autobahn
@@user-cv2my8ck5d Lucky you!!!
Caught myself doing 157mph in texas chasing a modded barracuda. ...... and no cops I love this track
The most addicting song ive ever heard
One of the "perfects" AMV out there.
video + music = masterpiece
This song & footage finally made me curious enough to watch the movie. Redline is incredible, rare to see such quality and genuine fun. And yes, this song fits it well.
there's no greater thrill than feeling the engine roar. seeing the world pass as a blur, risking death by pulling ever tight turns, drifting through places that spell disaster if you mess up. my brother took me drifting with him as a child. the panic as we would almost sideswipe trees (to me), hearing the engine growl and feeling the tires glide across the ground... A rush that is so pure, it should be illegal.
I have been listeng to this video for a while now ,and still one of my all time fav tracks.
This video was my first introduction to Redline, and I honestly cannot thank you enough for the introduction. The movie is fantastic, your music complements it perfectly, and it’s a crime that more people don’t know about either one. ♥️
Same! A former friend had destroyed Anime for me for like twenty years. Paradelous's music in the last few years helped me get over that issue and got me into watching Redline, Macross Plus, Evangelion the End and now gonna check out "Your Name" in near future. It's nice to enjoy Anime again.
why isn't anyone talking about 2:42. ITS AMAZING
Because 00:00 is the best part. Yes, you may enjoy again 00:00.
P.S. - 00:00
Everything about Redline is amazing, stop what you're doing and go watch it
@@Rivicen I have watched it 5 times bro
2:33 the build to the drop
The double mixup is the gold
I came back for a double take, This music makes my skin crawl, looking forward to similar content that gives me that rush, also the amv is sick btw
That's great to hear! I had the same feeling once I knew everything was coming together nicely, I will be bringing out more content like this, it does take a while but I'll try to make it worth the while!
Been listening to this for the last day and I'm kinda sad there isn't a HQ version.

Because of your AMV i rewatched Redline. Also bought your song on Bandcamp.^^
This song while racing is something else gets my blood thrumming
Wow! Nostalgia overload! Just discovering the Synthwave music genre - it is incredible - I am so happy there are artists like Paradelous keeping our retrofuture 1980’s childhoods alive! I feel like I am in three different millennia at the same time right now, and loving it!
Perfect tune for the adrenalizing Redline anime- thank you!!!!!
I watched the movie yesterday.
Got no idea what happened sometimes, but it was awesome :D
Great movie.
I just watched it fairly recently aswell and I felt like it was more of a entertainment and visual experince than some story based one.
Brilliant film though, for certain.
Whats the movie called??
@@B00STJ0CKY Redline
Its a great movie, very f-zero esque
I'm going to buy it right here on the YouBoobs and watch it solely because of this video alerting me to its existence, and all the positive reviews I keep seeing of it; looks to be a classic in its own right one day for sure. Also, the protagonist (?) with the giant black hair reminds me of Vampire Hunter D from a side-angle when he looks all solemn and pretty.
great to see that after all those years, the song stills strong and kicking. still giving chills...
amazing as hell
Hanna Barbera realy outdid themselves with Wacky Races🏎🏍🚜
1:01
Damn that walking bit is smooth.
I watch this every Monday, tuesday, friday and sunday
after 7 years ago... im still listening this
Everytime this comes up in my playlist i just have to turn up bass and volume... so awesome!
I absolutely love this film, and the AMVs.
Redline will forever be amazing 🖤
This amv deserves a 10/10
Dammit. This track has been seared onto my brain I’ve been listening over and over.
Also planning a Redline watch party with friends because it looks so GOOD
Most underrated genre of music period.
To think about that some small team of artists for 5 years grinded their hands to bloody mess drawing each frame... The amount of work put in the movie is hellish
The ending of this song just dream of going as fast as you possible can with nothing else in mind no fear just crossing the line and winning
This is what a Masterpiece looks like.
The best AMV I have seen in a long while...
And Full metal alchemist
The way that you paired each scene to the song was outstanding.
I love how the vehicles are constantly shaking and rattling, and when they activate those speed boosts, they buck wildly.
Makes it feel like they're constantly milliseconds from either going catastrophically out of control, or just tearing themselves apart.
Der Anime in Kombination mit der Mukke isn echtes Brett
this song kicks so much. it's been my go-to high-speed driving song for the last few months. totally awesome.
Spot on music and video unity, havent had goosebumps this strong in like ages. perfecto mundo!
I am stuck on this and hypnic. i love it!
ALSO....as a 50+ man, JUST Loved This Clip of 'Redline'!!!
I Kinda recognized the movie, I have never seen the Whole movie, just clips here-and-there. BUT Loved the movement of the bodies of both main characters in this clip, shows actual movement of the body and Strain of Winning At ALL COSTS!!!
I Gotta see this movie.....!!!
Bring back the car chase! I love speed!
90's kid here, I love pushing things to the limit!
same
@@preyfan that's why I love 80s racing so much. Also hope I can find a study for car design and make a last great car before they are banned.( Like normal cars)
I wish I'd have my own car company with way to much money, I'd literally star making cars for the sake of making a car, not for profit.
These kind of songs always make me wonder how?,how can something be so impacting but so soft, how can it have something hard be yet so relaxed, that always fascinated me but now i think with redline and this together i get it,the power of art and the power of the music combine it to be more impactfull.
Great job man love it
majorly underrated movie
This song and clip of Redline are simply FANTASTIC, one of the top 5 Synthwave songs I have heard by far, video is perfect for it
I honestly thought this was from the Redline soundtrack. It's perfect.

*2JZ intensifies*
Me: *adds to favorite list*
But really good song.
That was pretty dandy baby
Gunships tracks are slapping. Start your day with Gunship
What a wave! The audio is stunning, the visuals are aesthetic. I wanna race! I'm gonna replay!
I did not realise that this was your own music, kick ass music and amv. Keep up
I have seen the anime, and it is one to watch over and over again. Great music……….
Masterpiece!
300 km/h+power slam= the perfect combination.
It goes so hard.
Thé last anime who no computer was used . It's just insame
Awesome song, awesome movie!
This pulls me in like New Tech, entrancing 80s thump with a building complex off beat. You play in so many nuances which really bring the music alive. I love the redline visuals, it is a solid experience you delight us with. Keep going, I always look forward to your work. The 2:26 de-tuned pull and 3:15 solo really pops for me. Rock on!
I'm trying to have my retro album get the same kind of energy that "New Tech" gave and put my best in every track to give it it's own individual identity. I plan to make an AMV for all retro tracks and others more often since I"m still practicing, plus for me it really brings out the music through completing the vision. Happy to hear you like the video! I'll keep doing my best!
Redline siempre será una de mis peliculas animadas favoritas, nunca olvidaré la primera vez que la vi que me quedé maravillado por lo visualmente increíble que fué.
This jam made Redline kick in the anime. If you're hearing this for the first time, go watch the anime. This is my jam when driving, it is hard not to hit the straights or the s-curves without hitting the petal to the metal!
1 word: INTENSITY
Can't stop listening it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*i really wanna dig & ride into this guy's rare anime collection*
THis music is from: Power Rangers 2 The movie, character selection screen - SNES
All hand drawn and took years in the making. What fantastic visual art!
The perfect AMV doesn't exi-
Finally found RedLine again after years and it is still as kicking as in the day retro anime for the win!
Loved this AMV too
How many times do you want to listen to this song? "Yes". If you see this, I miss you.
Nice job man everything fits so nicely and this song is what I use on long cruises in my car. Got you on Spotify now and I cannot wait yo hear more please don’t stop and keep going you have real talent
