There is a really important usage of vexing Bauble: if affinity is played as much as many are expecting, the Bauble can counter every affinity creature and you can search for it if you play a saga (obviously). This is why saga fueled affinity don't want to play it as it is symmetrical.

Also Vexing Bauble hits Dauthi. Seems like a big card in the scam matchup. But it mostly finds a home in the Rock Saga type lists. Not so much Shadow
Thanks so much! And it does hit dauthi, but usually dauthi is just sticking around and attacking in the matchup so I wouldn't be too worried about that one. I think it still has the potential to see play if living end, evoke elementals, and affinity are popular.

Breaking modern once again for a third time
Going for the record, a third time, once more, again.
I'm no expert, and countering a creature for 1U seems great, but seranade is probably going to see as much modern play has swan song...0.
I'm pretty well in agreeance. I think there's like a small little possible meta where needing to counter a critical mass of creatures and artifacts is possible and stub/stern scolding just don't overlap enough. But it's a very very small likelihood.

Death’s Shadow is a bad card.
Modern Horizons 3 is underwhelming.
Modern will still be a “diverse” but not diverse confluence of despair.
Someone died from combat trample tricks and is big mad
@@user-uo8ym1iq7r I have done that many times but we live in a new world in Modern. Shadow is more often than not the worst creature in the deck.
