They're one of best bands out there today. Southern rock at it's best. They don't have a bad song. And the band members are some of the nicest guys you'll ever meet. Check out more of their music you might be impressed.

Blackberry Smoke is one of the best bands out there today...I discovered them in 2009 and have never looked back...they tour constantly and continue to release the soundtrack to my life on a regular basis...they can cover anything and they never get old, I'm traveling 500+ miles to see them next weekend in NYC for a 2 day bash they call The New York City Breakdown....sure to be off the hook....
I've requested them a few times. They are my number 1 favorite band. Ain't much left of me, sunrise in Texas, restless, leave a scar, like I am, I'd be lying, rock and roll again, waiting for the thunder. Actually anything you want to check out by them will be fantastic, especially if it's live.

I discovered Blackberry Smoke by accident about 3 years ago - Immediately & totally addicted!!! Southern Rock at it finest. Yes please, please do more - they are flipping brilliant!! I'd suggest: Shake Your Magnolia, Six Ways To Sunday, Good One Comin' On, Freedom Song, Shakin' Hands With the Holy Ghost, etc, etc.

Blackberry Smoke is a great, great band. Try Good One Comin' On, Who Invented the Wheel, Pretty Little Lie, Six Ways to Sunday, Holding All the Roses, Let Me Down Easy (Acoustic), Sanctified Woman. Too many to mention. A great Southern Rock band. If you want another current great Southern Rock band then check out Whiskey Myers.

I've seen them 3 times live an they put on great concerts, he's voice is just as clear here as if he was live , my favorite band

As am long time follower of Blackberry Smoke I’m so excited to see them being reacted to.
One of the sayings of the band is “To rock for country, too country for rock“. This is why they don’t get any radio play because they won’t kiss The record company’s ass.
You got a small taste of their country side, however if you wanna rock out you should react to “Waiting for the Thunder”. Or an excellent blend of all genres check out “Holding All the Roses”.

BLACKBERRY SMOKE is the successor to the greats of Southern rock. Love the SMOKE and get to see them live for 7th or 8th time in three weeks. They have so many great CD/Albums but the best IMP is "Little Piece of Dixie" and "Like an Arrow"

Glad you liked them. Their acoustic stuff is really turned down....wait till you do some stuff off of "Leave a scar" Concert. Then you get to see what they're really about. Thanks again Pat. I discovered them roughly 4 years ago. I guess they've been around quite a while, but don't get enough exposure. They're so underappreciated.. They instantly reminded me of Lynyrd Skynyrd when I first heard them.

BlackBerry smoke is the most under rated band out there. 1 of the best live bands I have ever seen. Check out the steel woods too!
The ONLY problem with Blackberry Smoke that the don't tour to the West Coast as much as I would like.

You guys have been missing out. They've been out since 2000, but didn't catch on to me (as a southern American) until 2007. A little piece of Dixie album was when I cought on. Great album and no really a "country" band.
