How about a f350 or Chevy Silverado
I've seen some being towed behind. I do believe on the Chevy you may have to go with the standard t case.
Jeep Wrangler is still the best choice, easy to find and cheaper. I have to say though, if I can ever find one at a good price, would probably switch to the Ford Bronco. The full size Bronco is flat towable, the sport is not.
I was thinking about getting a Jeep Gladiator; which is a Wrangler with a small truck bed. Shouldn't that work too? You also didn't mention the need to make sure you know the towing power of your class a/c. For example: your class c has a towing hitch rated for 5K pounds and your toad weighs 6K pounds. You're going to damage your RV. I would double and triple check the weights to make sure it works.
Absolutely.....always subject yo what the coach can pull and tongue weight. The gladiator is in essence just as towable as a jeep wrangler, plus you get a pickup type behicle. Jeep seems to have the most per brand that can be flat towed. And if one needs to trailer their tow vehicle that goes into the equation too.
