    I'd love to see some of the pinks and blues from Farrow-Ball matched. Setting plaster. Pink ground. Pitch.

      Hi there! Setting Plaster, look at BM Inner Peach. Couldn't find one for Pink Ground but Island Hopping by Behr is an exact match. And Pitch? Did you mean Pitch Blue or Pitch Black?

      @@yurianagarcia7666 Hi. Sorry., I'm not familiar with that area. If you go to the Farrow and Ball website, you can find a supplier near you. Otherwise, I would order samples from F&B, then paint on a sample board. Then your local paint store can match for you.

    Thank you for this! Have you made a vid about how to order paint in a darker or lighter shade by ordering it 125% or 75% for example? My clients aren’t aware of this option.

    My color consultant recommended Maritime White to compliment white dove cabinets, so I definitely find the slipper satin recommendation interesting! Maritime white looks a little bit..like a band aid however, it least to me!

    I have built ins in Charleston Gray farrow and ball, and I am repainting the walls in Balboa Mist BM. Here in the UK Farrow and Ball is a household name, but the quality of BM is just incredible, thus the marriage of the two.

      Definitely Leticia! The colors looks so different on the wall don't they? And online versus real life is different too. That's why we always recommend testing the color out with a mighty board or just on the wall directly to see how it changes in the light throughout the day. :)

    Hi, I have watched many videos on this channel. Can you make a video for paint colors that are good if I like to switch my throw pillows and curtains more often? Sometimes I like orange and yellow, then other times I like neutral colors. I kinda change with the season or my mood. Thanks 😊 for all the good videos we are first time buyers so this our first everything in home decor.

    • @sunnybhai1904
      @sunnybhai1904 Před 2 lety

      Have you tried BM Indian white? Neutral color with orange and yellow undertones which works well with all sorts of throws and pillow colors.

    • @thepaintpeople
      @thepaintpeople  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Nicole, "neutrals" or what we think of as neutrals, by design, tend to set the stage for other colors. So any color, could be the neutral if it's the dominant color in the room. If you want warm and cozy, look for colors with warmer undertones, (red, yellow, orange) and if you want crisp/clean look for cooler undertones (green, blue, purple). Some options that "go with everything" could be something like BM Ashen Tan 996 or Halo OC-46. But, you could also go a lot darker/more saturated too.

    I have to ask this as green seemingly has become the color du jour, does anyone's complexion look good when it has green reflected on to them? The greens that I see for paint color are not the greens I see in nature. There's a big difference IMHO.

    Hi, I was wondering if you knew the off white color featured in the picture with Tar on the door, Farrow & Ball.?

    • @thepaintpeople
      @thepaintpeople  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi Taunya, different paint companies use different bases and colorants, so while you can ask the paint store to create a color using the formula, it might not look exactly the same.
