I read that Shatavari powder can be taken along with milk or honey twice a day to get relief from the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome. I used to have very bad menstrual cramps too until I had my baby.

Yeah I noticed on the bottle it said take with milk which I found strange haha. Any idea why it would be advised over taking with water?

I think it has something to do with the flavor that some people do not like. So, taking it with milk or juice lessens the sweet and slightly bitter taste. @@GeorgiaCaney

Hi Georgia, viewer from Singapore here. Been watching ur videos a long time. Just wanna share regarding the oatside oat milk.
Do take note that it contains a large percentage of rapeseed/canola oil which isn’t really healthy. It’s an inflammatory oil.
Not trying to poke my nose into your affairs or what but oatside used to be something I add to my coffee but I have since stopped.

It’s amazing how Bali has changed! I remember Bali in the latest 80s and 90s. Expat spoiled kids with drivers and maids attending Jakarta international school then switching over to Singapore American school on Sing. I miss SEA! I couldn’t imagine living there without a maid or driver lol. Props to you! Have many friends that own business and property in Bali. Great to visit but drastically different from my middle school spring breaks lol 😂 kudos to you IBU Caney! Walau! Learn some bahasa!
