Great jobs sharing all your experiences. Seems like a great product but way overkill for my needs. The wire fork attachment looks awesome. I'm thinking of making something lighter duty, like a manual wheel hoe with some ebike powered wheels or a drill motor. For now I will stick to pushing.

If soil is well tilled in the spring will the E-Ox keep the pathways clear of weeds during the summer.

It can just need to keep up with it mostly.
I usually would cultivate twice a week or once a week. And it does a good job if you rotate implements I usually run the tine weeder one day then cultivator teeth one day then sweeps another day.
