Great stretches. Just do slow controlled pulls if you are worried about injuries, and stop when there is discomfort. You have full control over the intensity.
Wow ... great stretches .. not so sure about foot position, which almost certainly is unduly stressing the knee ... perhaps flex the foot towards the shin?

extremely dangerous? If there is weakness in the ligaments, doesn't this risk blowing out the knee? Or permanently damaging carriage ?
Hi Charlie. While each of these stretches were designed by health and wellness professionals, they are in no way intended to be prescriptive or recommended for all people. As with any fitness program, you should consult your healthcare provider before you begin a new program. And, of course, stop if there is any pain.
If your knees or legs are really that weak to where this stretch could cause structural damage then you wouldnât even be able to comfortably get into to position to try the stretch.
I got this weird-looking strap in a stretch kit, thought they'd made a mistake, but this looks SUPER helpful!
