@@MUSALOVEL1FE most of the Hollywood Movies are based on Technical works like Science fiction, technology and most on the imagination of the upcoming future and here in India we have some movies like that but they don't have that kind of level as compared to Hollywood actually when we see Indian movies related to technology or science fiction that look boring and completely unrealistic so that's why no one watches this kind of movies, in India most of we prefer watching Hollywood movies so that's why Indians directors don't want to make that kind of movies
Our Indian movie are mostly based on Culture ,Kings,Romance, Revenge and all this kind of stuff
So I think probably this is the reason why we can't able to win Oscar

A bit of context for those in confusion, the girl that is singing is the second wife of the maratha king, and she is persian, ergo the persian-indic clash. The other woman that is also shown once in a while above the kings throne is the first wife, and she is marathi. Almost the whole movie is based on the critisism of the maratha king, as it was not very common in Hindu religion to get remarried.
