This past week has been really stressful I just started med foundation, and everything has been really overwhelming like culture shock and everything. Watching your videos really makes me see things differently and helps me stay calm honestly. I'm going to try the active recall thing this week and send feedback because I'm really struggling here. THANKS FOR ALL YOUR VIDEOS!!! I prayed for God to guide me to the right resources and yeah, he answered my prayers.

@@dimma2509i struggled a lot too but i think its all in our mind tell your mind you are reading to teach or present it. like if you are like me and always like to explain presentation not from written notes but from my mind. That will make you study harder and make more progress. stand up and study repeat and repeat, teach it to invisible people/ stuffed teddies 😂 if you must. repetition. Because i know i must nail my presentation i must prove myself i will make sure i get it or die trying

You know how you take questions rather than notes, what abt if you go into an actual lecture rather than online; you may not be able to take down everything??
I do the same thing in an actual lecture. Usually lectures use lecture slides soo I use the same principle. I try to engage and listen attentively whilst writing down questions. Some times if the lecturer isn’t going to send the slides after the class then I’ll take pictures of each slides as I go to refer back to when I’m checking my answers etc
Hey girl I am a learner in 11th grade and I study my work and to assure you when I received my Chemistry test last term and then out of nowhere I couldn't remember all the derivations that I had reviewed in preparation for the exam .The exam was 2hrs and I tried my best to remember my work but I couldn't so I wanted to get your advice on what did I not do right or what is it that I can do
It sounds like it was just exam performance stress. When you get stressed during an exam this can happen, especially If you knew it prior to the exam. I’d suggest during your study time you simulate exam conditions once in a while so act like you’re in the exam. Time it, etc. And also try some breathing exercises and ways to calm yourself down so you can do that in the exam next time if it happens ☺️
