The devs have communicated well - the fact you can harvest almost ANYTHING outside the safe zone - also the fact PVP is only one channel and 3 channels in PVE - just remember this is a beta and no where near the finished product, me in Australia gets between 260-300ms ping .. This game is VERY similar to Shroud of the Avatar (CTRL action and cursor modes are used also in SOTA) and the Map is HUGE ! - On the veteran mount it takes between 6-12 minutes between towns. They are also fixing a lot of stuff since the beta launched - and the game is fun. And the game is only less than 3 years in development - not expecting a AAA game either .. They are also going to get players and streamers involved in the development which is great to see - they are only a team of less than 20 people too at this stage, but they do have decent funding through there companies to make something great to play. Going to take time though - look how long Ashes of Creation is taking project started before 2016 and they are only at the alpha 2 stage in 2024.. Plus the mobs not attacking is so you can test the combat in the early stages - the sky rifts they do attack you and the mobs after level 25 i hear do attack you, there are agressive mobs as you get to higher level areas. Also they are putting everything into one basket and will take player feedback on what to do next so thats good as well , ingredients and crafting is very difficult atm but that will be improved.. they designed this game with the player opinion in mind and thats the reason why they want to go live as quick as possible , looking at early access late this year to early next year. 3rd closed beta test - then early access.. im enjoying it - and there are many ways to grind xp and levels ..
Oh I agree with you on the game has potential for sure I just feel like they need to give the game some kinda direction its great to have a lot of content but not just for the sake of having it so as long as they do listen to the players and maybe reign some things back and polish stuff a lot more then for sure I can see this game being decent and as I said in the video I will check it out again later on for sure when its had some more time in the oven. Looks interesting but I don't have PC currently. Definitely feel like it's worth a try to kill time. Loading time looked ridiculously long unless that was maintenance. I do prefer Throne And Liberty though.
It was a maintenance I edited the downtime out of the video the game is fun its just not ready yet but once it has some more time too cook we shall see.
This kinda looks like the developers last game, a game which had paid gold vip in closed beta that gives you xp, gold bonus, trade access etc. Also one could say that advertising chocolate and then giving the buyer cacao beans is a scam, because at a certain point mistakes become gross negligence and therefore malicious. It might be fair to call this a scam
Your Character runs just like my drunk uncle. I know this is beta and beta's are rough but there is no way i am playing this game. I cant wrap my head how you managed to keep your cool and leveled up to 16. There is so much to say but i cant be bothered lol
This way of thinking is exactly why the Gaming industry will never be good and trash games will always be the majority, the gaming community 100% deserves everything the gaming industry is doing

I dont need to even watch the video to know the game is trash :D If I can call it game...I just saw few seconds on stream how it looks and its enough to make a decision like really :D its like lets make something fast so we are not seen as fake game 😂

Yes I like the idea but they need to nail down the direction and also make ALOT of changes we shall see in the future what they do with the game.
Played for 10 min and was like way to many menus and bloat. Game took a little of everything and did nothing well was easy to tell in first 10min
Also I cant with the opening dialog.. The way they pronounce any U starting word... I just can't.. Ooonaiverse
