What's kinda sad is that in the early stages of his buff sandman had good damage but kabam tweaked the buff and made it way weaker

I pulled him as a 7* and then immediately pulled him again so I said what the hell and took him to R2. Damage was underwhelming at first but once you learn how to play him he's pretty awesome and can output some decent damage. Would recommend.

Kindred isn't really that bad. He isn't the best champion, but his utility makes him pretty fun to use.

Sandman is one of my favorite comic villains I’m sad to see he fell flat….. imo he’s the 3rd worst champ of the year above Dani and glad

Ugh sandman isn’t even that bad the people who say he’s bad probably haven’t even played him ( or played him with an low level and trash rotation) but when you genuinely learn how he works, the guy is GOOD.
His utility with triple immunity and heal reverse is amazing, and there’s just so much the guy can do.
I agree that he needs some bolster to his damage so he can be more worth it, but even as a 7* his damage is decent.
People sleep on sandman.
He's not good period I'm doing the optimal rotation as a 7 star and he sucks
I agree. Unfortunately I haven't used him enough or in alot of placed for me to truly know his value
@@warfamegaming I’m afraid you’re quite wrong there mate. Are you stacking your heavy proficiency to the maximum 8? Are you throwing special 3 while unstable? Are you keeping >20 debuffs on him when using his heavies? Are you using his petrify for regen enemies? Are you using his decelerate for evade/unstoppable champs?
Are you throwing sp1 at 9 resistance up? Are you throwing sp2 at 14? You do this so when the sp is over you can bait a special (if any) and then throw 1 basic attack to activate unstable and then do 4 heavies
You can even stack 50+ physical vulnerabilities by doing two sp3 (you gain a lot of power from heavy rotation)
Are you using him the way he should be or are you going in with a defeatist mindset/lack of knowledge

I’ve been using sandman in war for a while now got a bunch of videos with him I didn’t like him at first but definitely underrated

He’s 4/55 but I had to ascend him for last war plan to R5 but I R2 7* Joe Fixit for defense instead
I literally just used unawakened 7* sandman to solo the entire sunspot path in 7.1.6. Even put the moon dragon prefight on him to solo qwen/witch. 😂

He’s really cool and his kit is unique and fun. Unfortunately his damage is lacking and the heavy spam feels pointless without special 3. I wish they would just give him some more damage cause he’s very enjoyable to play
Yep. Sadly his buff missed heavily
And one more major thing affecting him is that the guy has so much going on on screen that low-mid range phones slow down while playing him lmao XD. Everything slows down during his optimal combo of heavy attacks and frame skiping while blocking etc

Worst thing about sandman is u have very limited time to dish out huge damage during the root and basically that root sucks..😢ur opponent can block u dex u and even throw a fucking sp1 to reduce ur resist buff and escape from root

My 6* is awsome, use him a lot in war , getting least 40-60 per heavy . So when routed I am hitting least over 100k 3 hits . I really don’t understand the hate , takes little damage and great for suicides

Fun fact: same designer did Sandman, Glad, and Dani 😮😮
They are usually 24, 23 worse champs in 2023. Glad and Dani on bottom of every tier list for this year. And then Sandman 22nd or 21st in most.
Whaaaa. Gent or lady needs some help clearly in champs that work, flow, are effective, fun, that people want to play.
Dani and Glad do have some nice ideas but just don’t work. Similar design flaws. Really hope their buffs put them in want to play category. Hey happened with Shocker!
But this is not ok. It’s not ok for people to be so disappointed over and over and over. Especially Dani and Glad are both still in Titan 😬
Pretty high chance to pull one. I did. Then Sandman was 1 in 6. NOTE many, many people SHOULD be involved in many champs. Early on in Glad the whole design and especially try to do damage during special animations should have been junked.
He or she designs champs very stressful. Have to line everything up. Usually breaks down. Then get half the damage of sunspot doing parry heavy. Isn’t one person who wants that. In entire community.
And after Sandman and Dani reception by community, should that have been the designer given Glad? Summoner choice? It’s an entire Kabam fail.

I really like his champs in terms of playstyle and design. Alot of new and fun mechanics brought into the game which is very good. The problem with Danny is her timers are too short. The problem with sandman is the average damage. The problem with gladiator is too many damage sources and none of them dealing enough damage to finish fights fast. There's different problems for each of these champs but I hope they get better treatment. Fun mechanics but not really adding enough to the game.

With Glad? It makes him worse not better. You stun. Get maybe 2 hits into block. Then? A 5 combo into the face 😬
Almost every single time. So confidence back to zero. And KOed or half health down.
It’s not fun….as both Dani and Glad are extremely stressful. They just do not work. Original is fun. It’s like a kid going crazy in the kitchen. Their flavor combos are unique and fun and taste like cr_p 😂
I’d rather Glad be Diablo or Hulk. Just someone to use. Creative is fine. But only IF they actually work. And we want to use him. Dani is absurd to line up.
Glad the animations don’t work. And I can’t get the confidence at all. They need to hold block at least double if not triple. And the damage idea is…different. But watch Lags video: it doesn’t work.
I didn’t know how much Glad doesn’t work until I pulled him in a Titan. Until you do that you don’t understand, you or anyone, universal you, the frustration of the community.
What’s the point of all these great ideas if they don’t translate? You know this better than most. They are all 3 classic examples of champs that no one plays.

Their buffs could have been done in the original release. I just don’t get it. Truly. And there wasn’t any reason I can see to down tune original sandman buff.
Truly it doesn’t make sense…the Whys. It truly takes a village to release a champ. But the whole design team needs to be able to critique each other. That’s not criticism and work together so that each champ IS someone community wants to play.

And at the end of the day it’s a video game 😂 we enjoy who we enjoy. I hope I enjoy using Glad after his rework. If I don’t I don’t. My 3 highest sigged up 7 stars? No plans to use or rank.
Maybe one of them. It’s the way it is. Plenty of basic 7 star pulls get zero use. And I’m happy when I get someone I like. Kabam gonna Kabam….
