Elsie's having the base stats of No Time to Explain (before either of their perks) is both a funny nod to the weapon but also devastating to other aggressive pulses. xD
Elsie's has decent competition.
Red death for the healing allowing kill streaks.
Messenger is just better due to the perfect recoil even more so if you have an old roll with zen.

And you could probably cook something with the solar H.I from crucible if you use elemental.

@@fotis3v480Honestly I'll take an Elsie's with Zen over my God roll messenger any day of the week. The sights are waaaay cleaner and easier to hit shots with. Plus it pets me run the new craftable Pale Heart shotty, which is hard meta for that slot.
@@yamms5118 preference i guess. Shotties i use the someday but i feel like i lose oneshots i shouldn't so I crafted a ranghild with ele and i just have 53range 100 handling at all timed and it feels nice.

The extra AE provided by knucklehead plus compensator mod, Icarus and perfect float allow my exhalted truth to have 100AE which is handy as well

The most frustrating match I ever had in comp was a Foetracer Hunter using Revoker around when it released. I was playing Titan in that match, and ended up having to switch to flashbangs just to push him. Super obnoxious to play against
NGL Knucklehead has been my crutch even before its buff.
Personally I wouldn't call this exotic a crutch before the buff. After the buff is good but I'll always respect this over a stompee or wormhusk huntard. Keep using what you like man.

Ah Knucklehead, my go to "I can use this with any weapon combo and on any subclass and have it be impactful" since I started in early year 2 LONG before old foetracer's perks got rolled into it.
Simply having radar while ads and the enhanced radar was useful for being able to cover a lane and knowing if your getting flanked ... add wallhacks to that and you know exactly how an enemy is moving when they get behind cover mid gunfight ... and that doesn't account for the AE buff it gives
It's just a really solid neutral game exotic

Thank you for reigniting my love for this exotic. I just had my best game in a long time using this build and weapons. Playing with people's radar while enhancing your own is a lot of fun to play around with, and while they're lost from an overwhelmed radar, you have a tracer on them through walls leading to easy kills.
I don't even play destiny that much let alone the PvP and I still watch Cammy's vids

Knuckle head is mean with crimson (ew) and echo for over shield on kill (hunter oem). Not only this but smokes and jesters dont take knuckle radar. Its very underrated bc its not stompies. (Am a stompie main)

NGL, Knucklehead carried me on my Hunter last season. It also helps that primary gunplay was more effective last season too. I made it all the way to Ascendant III with KH and double HCs, only swapping to special for my 2 promotion matches. I like to call Knucklehead my Sharingan / Byakugan.
Wanna know something crazy?
I used pre-rework Foetracer all the time - loved the thing, particularly with auto rifles (especially 600s - to help counter peekshooting) but because of the rework and it being merged into Knucklehead, I never really used the new Knucklehead.
Why?
Because I don't have a knucklehead with even half-decent armor stats.
Stompees, Chaperone, and Riposte was my loadout about half the time last weekend during trials. It's a lot of fun but it makes me miss the old Way of the Wraith and Graviton Forfeit combo. Shit was stupid broken lol
I've been using Knucklehead too much lately and I never took it off unless I'm using Ace. That free comsat is just too good to pass~
Also blink on hunter, its the perfect getaway from all of them W holding shotgun maniacs.
I love the parallel you make to stomp33z in the video since (even before its massive buff) I've always kind of thought that knucklehead radar is to more passive play what stomp33z is to aggressive play in that they don't really pigeonhole you into those playstyles, but they can massively accentuate them and make you part of the problem.

it's a 340rpm pulse rifle with zen moment and high stats, what else is there to say?
Fastest primary ttk weapon type at range, easy to get, doesn't take up an exotic slot, good stats. You literally cannot compete with a high impact pulse sometimes unless you also have one on.

If I'm not running omni invis I'm using knuckles. Tracker + always mini is just too good. As someone who's not using a headset/low sound it give me huge awareness. Basically only exotic I use for trials
I used both knucklehead and foetracer all the time before they were combined, can't believe they put the two of them onto one exotic. Its absolutely busted and I'm so upset cammy is making this more well known lol

When I decided to sweat in Trials, I used the Knuckle Head. It made hitting head shots on controller so easy.
I’ve always mained knucklehead even before they buff/merged it with foetracer. I crutch on that radar hard and now with the wall hacks it is pretty free.
Since The final shape, knucklehead and Cold Denial have NOT come off. So good.
They nerfed glaive melee, I used winterbite to win close battles when i had no fusion ammo to outlunge shottys and ko titans or melee through hunter clones, it was litterly a free extra weapon, you could hold it out off trials spawn and peek middle and block sniper shots with no risk. Just crazy all glaives got shadow nerfed

I wish Warlock had something similar to Knucklehead or One Eyed Mask. Sanguine used to be similar in the past, but I actually haven't seen footage of old Sanguine in pvp, so Idk how good or bad it actually was.

Knucklehead is my most used pvp exotic for Hunter. Anytime I take it off, I feel like I can't do anything. Ya, Stompees are cool and all but the info Knucklehead gives for just playing is crazy.

Catching up on your vids, I ran the gamble Feedback fence build yesterday taking a whopping 16 melee kills, many of which were assisted with the diamond lance melee, absolute scam but also insane risk, took a lot of broken eggs to get that kinda flow.
Also Boudica with x5 Swash is a complete scam.

The tracking was Bungies nerf. You can't be a ninja any longer because of the tracking notification.
Started using it this season and its great. Only issue is I worry about becoming dependent on the highlight feature.
It also relaxes TTK on some guns, including red dead when you have radiant. Still like the stand spiderman mask tho, i find the flinch reduction nice.
As a Knucklehead Radar Hunter main who started maining Warlock this season, I actually became worst from crutching KH on Hunter. I overpush on my lane peeks, because I'm used to strafing faster, having dodge to return to cover, and knowing when the enemy is going to peek. I also ads too much and for too long. I've been fixing my bad habits, but I would recommend Thorn for the dmg number tags through walls, or Ace / Mida if you are trying to switch from KH Hunter to Warlock. Also, the 4m/s crouch speed on T-steps is goated, but still it feels weird going from strafe god with tier 8-10 mobility, down to tier 1- 4 mobility max. And I used to complain that mobility was a useless stat when I mained Hunter.

This is not OEM.
OEM was the insanity of combining wallhacks, healing and overshield on kill, AND a damage bonus - stronger than that of foetracer - all together.

Find it weird that wall hacks in OEM was SO OP. Yet they give hunters full radar up time and free wall hacks for just looking at someone.
The issue with OEM was the heals+overshield after getting a kill on wallhacked target,basically no cooldown and the perks were up all the time.
OEM is still super good,just not broken anymore,I run into it a lot in trials.
@@moist_bluedon't forget it used to give like a 15% dmg against whoever shot you. Meaning you win no matter what after getting shot then you get full healed.
