At first glance, the undersea town of Bikini Bottom looks innocent enough with its nautical, Pacific themes, but if you dig deep enough you’ll find some pretty gross and even disturbing stuff. Just because SpongeBob is a kid’s show, that doesn’t mean it can’t get gruesome, as proven by other shows like Ren and Stimpy and Courage The Cowardly Dog. the scene with Patrick giving CPR to Squidward raises the question of how he knows it. sure, you can say he was taught in school, but this is Patrick we're talking about here.

Theory: Patrick was once a very intelligent person and even made it into medical school and knew CPR. But he couldn't handle all of the horrors Doctors and EMTs face daily and went insane and now suffers from age regression.

This video should've been called Spongebob Moments: Cringeworthy to Most Cringeworthy. Because there's no way Spongebob's exposed brain that's played for laughs is more gruesome than the sushi maker, which in the episode they talk about how deadly it is. It's a miracle Squidward survived it.
Another example of a moment in the disgusting category that is nowehere near as bad as the sushi maker or some other entries in the painful category. That being Pearl's barnicle, it's just a pimple bro.
Some of the moments are painful to watch. The episode where most of the crowd become krabby patty zombies are gruesome and creepy and scary. I think that's the most gruesome moment that's really creepy and frightening.

1. John - He saved Cruella from being killed by Baroness multiple times
2. Catherine Miller - She took care of Cruella to avoid getting her killed by Baroness
3. Anita Darling - She was always a good friend of Cruella unlike the most of kids
Artie - He saved Horace and Wink from George who tried to kill them
Grey Area
Principal - He held a grudge against Cruella but he only did that because he thought that she is a bad kid
Buddy and Wink - They are both very nice dogs who truly care for their masters and saved them from trouble many times and could easily qualify as Good if they weren't assisting their masters in stealing stuff
Jasper and Horace - They let Cruella join their gang and saved her from worries but still were stealing stuff from others
Cruella - She is the most complicated character in the movie as she was a sweet but disobedient kid at first who turned into a full-fledged villain later and even was rude to her companions in one period but still loves them and saved them from prison
Dalmatians - They were Baroness' attack dogs who killed Cruella's adoptive mother Catherine and possibly many other people before her but they were only listening their master and became good quickly after they were removed from Baroness' care

Gerald - He was a huge jerk to Cruella and disapproved and mistreat her
3. School Bullies - They were doing much terrible things to Cruella from the beginning
2. George and Jeffery - They tried to kill Cruella and to incriminate Jasper and Horace for burning the building and didn't care when Cruella told them to spare her and that Baroness is the terrible boss
1. Baroness Von Hellman - She is easily the most evil character in the movie and she tried to kill her daughter multiple times and killed multiple people in the past including Cruella's adoptive mother

You should do a list of the most gruesome moments on American Dad some time. While they don't have too many gruesome moments, the ones they do have are extremely grotesque.
That one scene from the Labyrinth parody episode where Roger chops off his own liver and feeds it to a bunch of geese just might be one of the nastiest things I've ever seen on a cartoon. I've watched every episode of Family Guy and Robot Chicken, so that's saying something!

still find the jellyfish getting launched into kevin's(his crown getting stung's kinda a nice foreshadow to the end but is disturbing when you realize what it's real life counterpart to sea cucumbers it could be.) eyes and the pause before they sting him along with spongebob getting his cleats into the tattletale strangler's eyes for hours extremely rofl though gary blowing up like a nascar was pretty messed up considering squidward was laughing at it.
hilarious the Halloween episodes have different outcomes for the characters(spongebob reassuring patrick/the kids his head will grow back since originally it was silent while he and squidward are just stuck as snails next.),remember hearing for the squidbob tentaclepants episode there was a scene of "that" walking to the therapist office that i'm at least am glad got cut.
actually remember laughing hard at spongebob's antics in krabby land(along with squidward getting told "i'm gonna get you" by the sea bear after he gets into the circle which i remember describing to my stepdad and laughing with him at spongebob's butt getting broken.),as a kid hated when the citizen's attacked spongebob when he shrunk them(if anything they should've forced barnacle boy to jog mermaid man's memory/beaten up squidward considering it's more his fault for causing spongebob to accidentally shrink him instead of telling on him.).
and the toenail(and the splinter being a worse version of suds with how compared to how while ill advised heartwarming it was patrick tried to help he really should've been arrested with his actions to the splinter.) pretty much summed up what was bad about squidward punishment's(where he get's it for no reason compared to being karma when he deserved it or going overboard.)/bad about spongebob's writing until the time hillenburg came back that outside my problem of it being too zany at times(that is at least calming down and got bad only with the patrick show.) actually love.
The Squidbob amalgamation walking to the therapist's office is nothing but a hoax. The sudden cut is what made the scene "funny" in the first place.
